"Been going to this goodwill once or twice a week for the last year. Prices were reasonable. Usually get a couple bags of small toys each time. They would charge 8 to 10 dollars for a full bag of the toys. Today she emptied half of one of the bags and said each small toy would be 50 cents each. Half the bag would be about 20 dollars. Some of these were hot wheel cars. I could get them new for a dollar. We had two baskets full. We put it all back in the bins and left. I have been to a lot of the goodwill outlets and prices like that are to high. If they are not going to be consistent they need to sell by the pound like most other outlets do. Also they need to stop the children from running around the store. Today there were two riding tricycles around the store. Nothing was said to them."

"I’ve been going to the Goodwill Outlet in Hernando for about a year and always find good name brand items from shoes, clothes and household items. I was intimidated for the first couple of times but that wore off real quick. I have met the nicest group of people while thrifting there. I go once a week and stay all day. The staff are always helpful and nice."

"When I see bad reviews for this place, I cant help but wonder what people expect. It's an OUTLET store for GOODWILL. It isnt going to be clean, or have a lot of nice things... that's the nature of it. Do you really think they could afford to sell as low as they do if they committed to that type of upkeep...? Rant over. Love this place. Because they rotate the bins after they've been picked through, you could easily spend all day here. I've been able to find much nicer things than I would have thought, some even new with tags! If you love to rummage and are dedicated to spending time and work to hold out for something great, this is the place for you! Check out this AMAZING vintage Windbreaker I found there!!!"

"Honestly not that bad of an experience with the bins they have. The staff is pretty reasonable, and when they swap out bins people are usually considerate to let the workers do what they need to. Overall, if you're looking for a "Goodwill Bins" to go to, this is one I recommend."

"If you loveeee thrifting & have a few hours to spend digging, this is the place for you! I found a lot of Nike, Jcrew, polo & other brands. I had a great time! Found about 10 pieces for $10. $2 a pound , you can’t beat that! Some of the clothes have stains so use your judgment if u think certain things can be cleaned or not! My first time coming to the bins- outlet & I will definitely come back! The employees were very nice! Bring some gloves and a face mask & have a blast!"

"I come here with my mom often. I went on a really busy Saturday and when it came time to switch the bins out they were yelling at us to get behind the blue line. We all gathered around the blue line and given it was a busy Saturday there wasn’t much room to stand behind the blue line because everyone was blocking it. There were a few people in front of the blue line and a male employee with a ponytail yelled “do y’all even speak English” followed by more snarky comments. That is the most disrespectful comment I have heard from an employee. Customers were shocked at these comments. Customer service here is awful."
