"My wife and I came in today and I'm a confused on a few things. Correct me if I'm wrong. But aren't all the rotations supposed to be done? Meaning the clothes, shoes, books should be rotated as NEW and not half done. Meaning only taking out half of the items( shoes, purses etc books and sometimes clothes) and so call adding the new on top of the old. We are not the only customers that notices the difference. Now I must add this only happens when as I was told David works alone. Today all of the clothes rotations weren't done. To my knowledge only one shoe rotation was done. And the books were half done. The cashier stated he said he had done them but I know it wasn't true because I visited yesterday. The other worker Monica works EXCELLENT even when she's alone. The only negative part is she shows favoritism towards certain people. And it's obvious. I was told they are buying her lunch for shoes which I thought was hilarious. All I know if you come after 3 you will get the best of the best maybe. Her and husband grabs like it's a race. They have 2-3 bins full how is that possible? And no they don't even buy them all. So we the customers sit and wait to see what they put back. Is that fair? Also can who ever that is in management help the employees with discipline in the store. You have kids running around as if it's a playground. And can we please have the buggy's back !!!"
"After digging through bins for over an hour, I went to pay and there was a tiny paper taped to the screen "Cash Only". Not a sign anywhere else. So I left empty handed as I had no cash on me. Get it together Goodwill."
"Love it here, now that the trouble starters are gone it’s great, my 3 star review is because I’ve seen workers are waiting along with putting things at certain spots for a certain person. I’ve been told this by several people along with seen it happen. We are all paying customers and things should be fair game no matter what. This issue used to be worse and got better, but it seems it’s happening again. Best regards a loyal customer!"
"We went today and had a great experience. At the front is an actual Goodwill store. Then for the outlet/ bins part of Goodwill you drive around to the back of the building. The staff was so nice and very helpful while we were shopping at the store. The outlet was overall clean and smaller than some of the other places we have been. However not saying anything negative about that just noticed. The staff and shoppers at this outlet were both helpful and polite. We have been at outlets before where you might get elbowed in the face. Not here a nice relaxed setting. We will definitely go back."
