"This is a “bins” store, not a typical thrift shop. It was a first time visit for us. There were no signs or person to tell you what to do. You walk in and see people in lines and some looking through bins. The people in line were very friendly and answered questions I had about what to do. They said you can look at bins already out but must wait in line to see new bins. We looked around a little and all the bins were clothing. We then got in line, waited 15 minutes. It wasn’t really orderly and you couldn’t tell where the end was. They let people go stand in front of their desired new bin but you couldn’t touch anything until they said go. You could not bring a cart with you. When they said, “go” you could dig through. A few minutes later other people with carts could join. I looked through 2 bins of plush but the rest was more clothing. For checkout, you transfer your items to a cart on a scale to weigh it. I thought there would be a different price for books (I had picked up 3) but they said no it’s all the same. I ended up spending more than I expected but still got some good items. We went around 12:30 on a Saturday. It was full but not crowded. There were lots of families, bilingual speakers, young men and all were welcoming, polite and willing to help with questions. If you know what you’re getting into, you can find some great items"
"I have been twice to the bin store. My experience has been great. The employees have always been nice to the people there and I've never seen anyone yell or be rude. I've been at a busy time and a less busy time and people were respectful. I dont get in the line to be first to bins but I've never seen anyone get into it with another person. I enjoy going and have a great time! I am not a reseller, I strictly go for myself. If something doesn't fit I either try to sell or give away in my community."
"I try to come to this bins location as much as I can. I usually drive an hour from where I live to come. As much as I love it and find great things, the disrespect sometimes makes my finds and drive not even worth it to me. Not trying to be racist but there are black women that fill up the bins everyday. They push, they shove, they snatch things right out of your hands, they cut you in line, they take everything out of the new bin rotations so nobody even stands a chance, etc… and with absolutely no apology. I went today and had a woman go so far as to sit on top of me when I was on the bench (which was full) because she wanted to sit down. She literally just sat on my leg until I moved to the edge of the bench where I barely had any room even though I had been there first. Sadly, staff does hardly anything about this. They don’t let people off of the lines in groups like they have in the past. They let everybody run and push and shove those who are not willing to be rude and disrespectful enough to not follow the rules. I have come in the past where rules used to be enforced a lot more but at this point it has gotten out of control. It seems like every time these problems get worse. I don’t mean to say anything bad about those ladies but they are completely disrespectful to me and others who are just trying to shop and look through the bins. They are here every single time I come and they are so rude that it honestly makes me feel like it’s not worth coming anymore. I am a small girl and I completely get shoved and walked all over because I don’t want to cause issues with anyone. Staff says they will kick you out if you don’t follow the rules yet I’ve been completely snatched from, shoved, and disrespected every single time I come and shop this location. The only reason why I have a second star is because I have found some of my favorite items at this store. But at the cost of having to put up with constant disrespect and abuse from those who shop here."
"I was here for about 45min. When I entered it seemed clean and organized. There were a few people sitting around the entrance. The price per pound as of today Jan. 15, 2019 is $1.39. I found 2 items that were really worth it — so you actually do find at least one item when you are digging thru the bins. I prefer to go thrifting where they have clothing separated by type (jeans, skirts, shirts) and not everything thrown into 20 different bins. Nonetheless, people did not bother me at all."

"THERES A POLICE MAN SITTING OUTSIDE THE DOORS. Some might say I’m just not cut out for “bins” but I will not be returning. The staff isn’t rude but they’re not helpful. It was my first time going and I had no idea about waiting in line for new bins. I made the mistake of doing that thinking I would find something good and the only thing I found was assaulted. The people (customers) thrifting are crazy and it’s really sad to see people get so worked up over the things goodwill could not sell. I had ladies pushing and shoving me for sports bras and t shirts. The few things I took home were not worth dealing with how this bin location is ran. My friends and I drove almost an hour to be disappointed."
"This place sucks. All of the clothes are thrown in bins and they have no form of organization here ... everything is all mixed up in each bin. If you are looking for something specific, this is not the place for you but if you have time to dig through the mess then go for it."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. Exactly what I was expecting from pine hills. This was my first time at this location, it was horribly dirty. There was literally used panties with skids in these bins. I’ll wash but I’ll never be clean. Also the employees yelled at me like? Mf this is my first time here, maybe if it was more organized or signs with your “rules”. These employees treat grown adults like children. Don’t even waste your time here nothing good anyways. Go to the one in winter garden down the street"
"You have to dig for the treasure. But the people that work there are very nice and you can find EXPENSIVE stuff. If you're going the first time go around 5 pm when it isn't too busy. There will still be gold in the mountains of stuff in bins."

"one start for the lack of control of this place l've visited a few bins store like this goodwill and others like the Amazon bin store, but this was an "experience" when you 1st get there. there is plenty of parking but by the door is a mad house.. when it's time to go in. They let people just flood the doorway... Watch out if you're older and slow walker.. Theres people who are working that will scream at you to let you know when to dig.. and there's no rules it feels like regarding.. How many people are at a bin. People are shoving at the door and bins. People ripping things out of people hands. Make sure you cover your cart with a blanket or something. People will just take things out of your cart. People throw things towards where you're digging to get you to move along. so, just a heads up for anyone planning to stop.."
"***Update*** The stuff here has fallen off. You can still find a gem or two, but they're few and far between now. You can definitely find some hidden gems at the Goodwill bins, but the overall atmosphere can really take away from the experience. The staff isn’t just giving instructions—they’re often yelling at customers in a confrontational way, which makes the place feel tense. I get that managing the crowd can be tough, but the behavior of some customers is just plain rude. People will cut in front of you, reach over you, or even snatch items right out of your hand, acting like you're invisible. Another reviewer mentioned the same thing—it’s like basic courtesy doesn't exist here. If you have a high tolerance for rude behavior, you might still enjoy the treasure hunt. But if you have a short temper, you’ll probably leave more frustrated than satisfied."
"If you want your stuff take, bait and switched, and to sit for hours enjoy yourself a great time at the Ft. Lauderdale bins… they have literally taken electronics from me and charged me way more than the pound because and I quote “they are worth more” I found these items in the bins I expect them to be atleast by the pound and you should never be able to bait and switched people who wait and dig the bins all day. It’s unbelievable aswell as they overcharge for hard goods to some people and then to others they don’t. I’ve been told it’s 1 per pound by the manager for hard goods and others I can’t even get a word in about it… bad experience, on top of that they take literally all the items out of the bins before bringing them out, it’s like what’s the point. Fix your stuff guys."
"This place is great if you’re a goodwill hunter. It takes work to find the goods so if your not into sifting through piles of clothes and items, then this is not the place for your. They have some sort of organization, carts to stay by the walls so they are not in the way and people have to wait until all the bins have be accommodated before they can begin looking through everything. They do need to get more carts, seems like they’re are never enough carts, and you have to follow costumers when they leave to get a cart which is quite annoying. Clothing is by the pound so your finds turn out to be relatively cheap. The only negative that I saw is that prices for items is based on the judgment of the cashier and that is quite unfair. So if you’re purchasing heavier items they might end up being weighed out with clothing which is not a bargain at all, you might end up spending a lot more money for something you can buy at goodwill store. All the other outlets I’ve been to like the one in Lakeworth and the ones in Orlando, sell you items(household stuff, toys, bins etc.) for cents per pound so you don’t over pay and those bigger items like furniture and bigger heavy toys, frames and so on are sold by the lot of items are pretty cheap between $3-5 total. Here they tend to over charge you for items that are not worth what they ask for. They really need to change that system to make it fair for the costumer. They should be selling those items for cents by the pound and put a cap on how much they can charge when they sell a lot of heavy items depending on how many pieces they have or how big they are. Most of what you’re buying will be mismatched, missing parts and you’re taking a chance when you buy battery operated items so they should not be over charging for this. This is why I rate it 2 stars. That was very disappointing and not sure even worth buying items because of this u less you end up with a fair cashier or one that actually knows the worth of what you’re buying."

"I’m a regular customer at this Goodwill Outlet and visit at least every other day, driving 56 miles each way (112 miles round trip), so this review comes from a lot of firsthand experience. The biggest issue is the midday closure from approximately 11:45 AM to 12:30 PM, when the entire store is closed and no customers are allowed inside. What’s frustrating is that this closure is not clearly posted online or consistently communicated at the entrance, so people often show up only to be turned away. From what I understand, this started during COVID and simply never changed. It feels unnecessary and likely costs the store revenue. The facility itself is rough around the edges and often dirty, but as a professional reseller, I can overlook that because there are genuinely great finds here. That’s the reason I keep coming back. The quality of merchandise is hit or miss, but more often than not, there are worthwhile bargains. Pricing can be inconsistent and sometimes seems to change depending on the day, which can be confusing. Most employees are actually friendly and helpful, though there are occasional situations where communication could be handled more professionally. Like most Goodwill outlets, there are unspoken rules that regular shoppers generally understand: don’t take items from someone else’s cart, don’t argue over items, and respect the process when new bins are being rotated out. One ongoing problem is the cart situation. There often aren’t enough carts for customers, which forces some people to shop without one and scramble for bags to carry items. On top of that, some shoppers stack multiple carts full of merchandise, cover them with sheets, and essentially monopolize them for long periods. This makes an already competitive shopping environment more frustrating. Management also seems to change frequently, and with each new manager comes a different set of expectations or procedures. Consistency would go a long way. The bin rotation process itself is understandable. Customers should absolutely stay clear while employees are moving bins for safety reasons. However, there’s a difference between enforcing rules and yelling at adult customers. Clear, respectful communication would create a much better experience for everyone. Overall, despite the operational frustrations, this outlet remains one of the better places in the area for resellers and bargain hunters because the deals can absolutely be worth it. I just hope management addresses some of these avoidable issues."
"Always a lot of items. As a professional thrifter the bargains are here. Not for the faint of heart however, lots of rushing and elbowing when new bins come out. Staff is great! Only downfall is Goodwill allowing people to break glassware as they are digging for what they want with complete disregard for other items. Ill keep going regardless. Get there at opening if your looking for glass. Sometimes its only put out once a day."
"I have been to several goodwil bin stores across Florida and Georgia including savanna, Brunswick, Jacksonville, and Orlando. This is the 1st I've found that dint allow children under 12. I feel as though we have been discriminated against. Our children are very well behaved and watched at all times."
"This place is terrible for shoppers. Whoever runs this place makes everyone clear the floor for the last bins of the day?? Like you can’t shop the other bins while they bring new bins out…and do they take their time? Yep. You bet they do. Feels like someone has control issues…"

"Can I just say bravo to the manager of this bin store. It was a pleasure shopping here. I love that she keeps people in line. If you follow the rules, you will be fine. If you are one of those folks that think the rules don't apply to you, you are in for a shock. You will follow the rules or you will leave. Keep up the good work!"
"Not even close to other bin stores. It felt more like prison where the rude guard dictated to customers from across the room. Additionally made up prices for some items vs. weighing. I won't personally recommend the store. I was referred there by a couple of Good Will employees. I plan to share my not so positive experiences and feedback."
"This bins store is pretty good. I recommend wearing gloves, since there are a lot of questionable yucky items, but to be expected. Great finds if in the mood to dig for treasures."
"Would give it 5 stars because the prices are good and the employees are too... Except there is one problem - customers think this store is a playground and let their rambunctious children run amok amidst the broken glass and who-knows-what-else. Horrible parents letting children run around screeching at the top of their lungs and if you aren't watching them they'll come dig in your shopping cart. The employees are too scared to say anything to these awful parents and demon children. Perhaps they'd also not confront me if I were to punt one into a box of books."

"I’ve found some great deals and have found pricing to be better than some of the outlets I’ve visited. I read the staff is rude but they warm up if you’re friendly. The store is pretty messy, shopping is chaotic and some of the other customers are rude but I guess you find that everywhere now. Cons: 1. The parking lot can be a mess. First time I shopped here I parked in the row closest to the door only to get blocked in by a semi and other large trucks bringing stuff in. I learned my lesson. 2. You’re not allowed to have your cart at the bin with you. After shopping here a few times I understand why they require you to line your cart up along the wall and run items back to it- make sure you come prepared with a large bag to fill at the bins before transferring to your cart. 3. Pricing is odd- wares, clothing, books, accessories, etc all different prices. 4. You have to line-up for first access to the new bins. I would much rather spend my limited time shopping than standing in line. 5. You have to “cash out” your cart before it’s full every so often or run the risk of having it taken and added back to the bins. I had to take two trips out to my vehicle during my hour and a half shopping trip. 6. There aren’t big scales for the carts so you have to remove your things, put your sorted items in bins to weigh, remove them, etc. this makes check out clunky and time consuming if you’re unsure of pricing. I’ve learned to sort clothing seperate from home decor, etc. Pros: 1. I have found some great deals as they seem to have a ton of new things coming in. 2. A new bin comes out every 15 minutes. 3. Prices, though confusing, aren’t bad. 4. They will mark heavy items down for you. 5. Credit cards are accepted."
"They should really post the rules for those of us who are new to the bin stores. I honestly thought the people lined up on the back wall were waiting for free food or something 🤔 but when God forbid I wandered into the off-limits apparently bins they all went nuts yelling and screaming at me. Seriously people its not that important! I got a good education and laugh from the cashier who explained it all to me. Im going to Kohls where the clearance is half off today lol no rules there"
"I understand that employees get overworked and constantly having to remind shoppers of the rules but there is one employee that i am assuming to be the manager, he is tall, white with dark brown hair and a beard, that is very aggressive against children and this is not the first time i have notice it, but this is the first time i have witness it in such a manner i had to review. i witness something today that made my gut turned and my fist wrench ready to defend if necessary.. the floor manager was so loud and aggressive towards a child sitting on the bench and appear to be holding the parent place in line for the release of the new bins that were getting ready to be placed out for shoppers. the child was no older than 8 years old and clearly was instructed by his parents to sit however the tall white man who appear to be the floor manager began to shout towards the child that he needs to get up because a child cannot be use to hold the line and whilst i understand his point, i don't condone the aggression towards the child, the white man who appears to be the floor manager kept pointing towards the child as he spoke loud , shout angrily and staring at the child as though he had committed a crime, the child was so terrified he got up, panicking and didn't know which direction to turn as his parents were shuffling through a bin two rows down... he is a child and so if the manager had something to correct then he should have been matured about resolving the issue, for example he could have shouted in general towards all shoppers NOT DIRECTED AT THE CHILD and asked who were the parents and then address the parents themselves about the issue at hand but to focus on the child as if the child was a grown adult is unacceptable. i have been shopping here for over a year and am use to the rules and shouting but today was over the line and went from upholding the rules to being aggressive as though he wanted to attack the child and that i will not stand for.. if his general manager doesn't address this type behavior with his floor manager then the next time i witness such horrifying behavior i will report to corporate.. that toned and attitude towards anyone especially a child will not be supported. correct his attitude and approach to kids or when i see him do such disgusting act i will record and corporate will have to.. respect doesn't come by intimidating kids who cannot defend themselves, that was a child. how dare he speaks to a child in that way. being a manger isn't about being aggressive, it is about knowing how to uphold the rules and regulation whilst maintaining professionalism. i hope you guys replay the days camera and listen and view to see for yourself. that was not ok.. if he is unhappy with his job then quit.. this job is time consuming and require tolerance and plenty inner piece to deal with so many customers but keep your anger away from kids."
"There were three extremely rude customers who kept yelling at me and other customers about the “rules” of the bins, none of them were employees. They were all very pushy and would shove you out of the way to get to an item they wanted. They would yell at you if you even walk by a new bin that wasn’t “open”. The employees were all nice, but some of the customers are the reason why people don’t like resellers."

"I have shopped thrift stores all over the country. Including the similar but much better Goodwill bargain bin in St. Louis. And love thrift stores. But this store is gross. Very small store with very little stock (mostly broken crap and stained clothes and linen) thrown in bins to make it look more trashy. With loud staff and silly rules acting like people might kill each other over trash. I have seen better items at the dump. Will not be back"
"Where do I start? This place is a mad house but hidden gems are possible. The customers literally trample you when new bins come out. If you wait till the frenzy is over, you can more peacefully search through the bins, although by then, they’ve usually broken anything fragile. Prices are by the pound. Hard items are worth it at 50 cents a pound. Soft items (clothes and linen) are way overpriced at $3.00 a pound and it adds up quick. Then there are the random “individually priced” items which are decided by the employee checking you out at the register. Whenever they feel like it, they may decide something you are purchasing will not be weighed, but instead they will invent their own price on the spot for it. For example, I brought a decorative square that hangs on the wall made of rocks (looked like a homemade item) to the register. Before I could place it in the bin to weigh it, the cashier said that’s individually priced, and quoted $2. I ended up leaving it. The next day it was still there so I decided I would get it… brought it to the register (different cashier) and this cashier decided it would cost $6. I told her yesterday I was quoted $2 and she just stared at me. I put it back and didn’t buy it. Five minutes later, a guy walks up to the same cashier with the same item, asks how much? And the SAME cashier told him $9.00!!!! They literally make up their own prices and change them from one second to the next. There’s no way to ensure equitable treatment which can really raise questionable practices for potential discriminatory treatment. On a separate note, I have literally never seen employees of an establishment scream in customers’ faces the way I experienced here. This is NOT an exaggeration. If anything, it’s an understatement. I knew nothing about this place when I walked in. This man SCREAMED at me, to the point where he was spitting on me. “WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO DO? YOU CAN’T BE IN HERE WITH THOSE! WHAT DO YOU WANT? YOU NEED TO GO! YOU CAN’T WEAR THOSE IN HERE! ARE YOU TRYING TO SHOP HERE?” He was pointing at my sandals and the man wouldn’t take a breath. I was trying to tell him I’ve never been here before and wanted to know how it worked and what the rules were, but every time I opened my mouth, I got 2 words out before the man kept yelling in my face like a scolded child. The treatment was honestly so shocking it was almost funny! Literally no one batted an eye. This was completely normal! I almost felt like I was dealing with my toddler throwing a tantrum and just had to wait it out till he was ready to behave like a human! 😂 Incredibly unusual experience. This is the norm. Employees scream at customers all day as if herding prisoners. Those that stay are used to it and know that’s just how it works here. Suffice it to say, enter at your own risk and wear thick skin cause it’s literally as if you’ve walked into a completely different country that is unrecognizable as USA."
"PTSD Trigger! When I began coming here a few months ago this place was okay. Then apparently the management was switched out and now I have decided to not visit there anymore. The current manager screams at the customers as if they are in boot camp. Although I attempt to not let it affect me, it is difficult when you are peacefully looking through the older bins and then abruptly the yelling begins. This occurs about every 30 minutes. The last time I visited, I overheard one of the associates attacking a young girl simply because she was not moving fast enough behind the yellow line. To add insult to injury, said associate was then going on about it with fellow customers. This was the last straw for me. I have worked many years as a retail manager and the behavior from said store associate and the manager is simply unacceptable. On another note, there is seldom any shopping carts available because many customers that camp out the entire day grab several of them and put them aside with a few items inside. Therefore customers that are coming in can not use them. I don't have an issue with the wholesale policy or the 11 pound policy either so long as it is enforced. And in my opinion, it is not enforced. If it genuinely was wholesale, and one had to provide a business tax id, I believe that it would weed out many of the customers who spend their whole day there. I will no longer be coming to this location as I am a retired veteran and as I said, every time the yelling begins my anxiety kicks in and by the time it begins to settle down, another round of yelling commences."
"Dangerous: the regulars own the store because they stay all day and stampede new bins. Bedding is mixed with clothes- they won’t let you check out until you have 20 pounds of stuff. No kids allowed, A man yelled at me when I brought out my phone to call someone saying no pictures no video!, and if you don’t have on close toed shoes they will tell you to leave. People stand with their carts in the periphery all day and just load up cart after cart since you were not able to bring your cart into the bin area. Know The rules before you go."

"Have you ever watched a YouTube video or read a review that lead you to want to try a place? Well that is my story with Goodwill Outlet! I have seen so many YouTube goodwill outlet hauls where people find amazing items for very low prices. On my trip to Florida I was determined to stop by a Goodwill outlet. This appeared to be the closest one to where I was staying. Let’s first start with parking!!! It is chaotic!! I arrived around noon and there was no available parking in the lot. There is paid street parking, but even that is limited. Also, why would I want to pay to park and then go shopping at a goodwill outlet????! Since we could not find free parking I was just dropped off. I really had to use the restroom so that was my first order of business. I asked 3 staff and no one understood English!! Now maybe this is the norm in Miami. The security guard understood my request enough and helped me out. Long story short- the restroom at the outlet is not available. I was told to go next door to use the restroom. Next door is the building directly on the corner this is the traditional goodwill store. After I finally relieved myself I went back to the outlet. Now as I stated above, I came prepared, you know after watching all those YouTube videos!! I put on my gloves and started digging. This did not last very long. I think I checked out a total of about -9 bins and I was over it. Most of the items appear to be junk! I don’t know what the secret sauce is to actually find good items, but I don’t think I will ever find out! This experience was a bit overwhelming for me! I love a good deal, but I just don’t know that I love a deal so much that I am willing to dig through mostly junk to find a few slightly better than junk items . If this is something you don’t mind- knock yourself out!! Happy treasure hunting!"
"Good outlet, expect the usual outlet experience - you have to dig to find the good stuff but there are decent brands and items in good condition here, and sometimes you even find designer pieces. The pros: most buyers here aren't looking for designer, especially lesser known designers, so if that is what you are buying there's a lot of competition. There's often some very cool vintage. The downside: there is nowhere to park, only paid parking on the street. It's hot. They don't pair shoes and people wildly gather cartfulls of shoes as soon as they put them out so it's impossible to find matches. Some people are very aggressive - the last time I was here a shopper threw a shoe at my head when I touched something in an unattended box UNDER a bin that was "hers"."
"The Staff is RUDE, especially the 2 Ladies in the back. They treat customers like Garbage. When they bring out new bins from the back, it takes over 30 minutes for them to open that section again. Hot as hell. No AC, only a few fans, that are on LOW setting. MOSQUITOS are everywhere. I come out of there feeling like a pin Cushion! You can find some stuff if you are super fast, and super lucky, but you have to be careful, or the people next to you, may smack you in the face with an item. People go crazy when the new bins come out. And again, the back staff there is RUDE, and treat customers like Garbage."
"First time visit to Goodwill outlet. It was amazing to see the customers ravage through the items like salvages when a new bin was pushed out & after the security guard allowed them to go through it. The customers were made to stand in a line, not touch the bin or items within the bin, if they did they were yelled at. Lol. It was funny to watch..."

"I totally love hitting up the Goodwill Outlet Bin store! It's super easy to get to, the place is huge with tons of space, the staff are awesome and always helpful, and it's really well-kept. If you have questions, they're always ready to help. It's always a blast finding a deal, and I always score good stuff here. You should totally bring gloves if you wanna dig through the bins properly – they even suggest it. They've got shopping carts and bags for your finds. They have bins of clothes, blankets, shoes, bags, glassware, books, kids' toys, all sorts of cool stuff – you never know what you'll discover! Happy shopping! And they do not allow you to video record while you're in the store."
"Love that sometimes you can find really good condition stuff, some name brands. They do a rotation of the bins that's good bc at times the bins get some kids lollipop in there so I always bring gloves. Also, some outfits or bags are new but still could use a wash from being dumped in this bin with other stuff; pallet dirt, etc. bringing your own large bag helps to not use a shopping cart that can't go in the rotation line of new/ used stuff coming out. All the employees/ volunteers have always been nice & could help explain if your New. Definitely worth the deals you get."
"The Goodwill Outlet is an absolute feral wonderland of secondhand treasures. It’s not your average thrift store—oh no, this is a full-contact, dig-through-the-heaps-like-a-goblin experience. Picture rows of bins filled with clothes, linens, shoes, and bags that didn’t find love at a regular Goodwill. Why? Who knows. People have bad taste. Their loss, your gain. Yes, you’ll have to get your hands dirty (figuratively… mostly. Gloves are highly recommended!), but that’s part of the adventure. The thrill of the hunt is real, and when you unearth that perfect vintage jacket or a bizarre-but-amazing T-shirt, it’s like winning a very specific, very affordable lottery. Prices are by weight, so you can walk out with an entire wardrobe for the cost of a fast-food meal. It can get a little chaotic, especially when they swap out bins, but the staff is super friendly and happy to help if you look confused enough. Just be prepared for a bit of a crowd—apparently, I’m not the only one who enjoys a good bargain-hunting battle royale. Overall, 10/10 would definitely rummage again. I make a point to stop here any time I'm in the area."
"Depends on how many people are in the store. This location is a bin store, ding for thing you want and other item tenderized to get broken or opened and scattered due to idiots throwing things they don't want from 1 bin to the other. I found I wouldn't put up with that if I owned the store but on the other side they should that those items on tables or shelfs. The prices are great though."

"The Goodwill Outlet is a place that is definitely an experience, especially if you're a die hard thrifter. I don't go nearly as often as I used too as I just don't find it as exciting or fun like it was after the reopening from being closed due to Hurricane Michael. I have found some truly great items such as vintage collectibles, real antiques, great designer apparel, designer linens from comforters to sheets and towels, even shoes, and many designer bags. Quality cookware, electronics, original artwork. Lately though, I haven't found nearly as much quality items, the customer base seems a little more on the less polite side and it takes a lot more digging to find anything that's not broken or missing a part. Also, be sure to use gloves as there can be broken pieces in the bins and it can get dirty."
"Had a lot of stuff and big bins on wheels to dig though. They sell clothes by the lbs. I'll go again was kind of like a treasure hunt of sort."
"Drove 20 minutes only to find out that this GW had no books and honestly the bin fulls of used clothes had no appeal. The staff was not friendly when I asked about books."
"If you love a good treasure hunt and don't mind getting your hands a little dirty, the Goodwill Outlet is a paradise. Unlike standard thrift stores, you dig through giant bins and pay by the pound, making it the ultimate spot for incredible bargains."

"Note that the Outlet is now open 7am-6pm !! What a great place to search for treasures, housewares, cleaning products, clothes, shoes, purses, suitcases, just about anything. I have found so many one-of-a kind- things by digging in the bins. Many shoppers bring cloth or plastic gloves to dig through the used items. Items are sold by weight so dresses and shirts go for about $1. Some people wear gloves because teaching in bina always brings surprises. Today i found a series of Christie's auction books, including an Extensive fine art book and sealed Classic cómics in impecable condition. Amid many things in which i have no interest, i found many brand name items today like Sketchers, Banana Republic, Cat and Jack, polo, Disney, Forever 21, Sperry, converse all stars, LLBean, Jones New York, Rugby University, and more. Leslie is a great worker. She's like a great mom: she's kind and helpful but when she needs to how the line, she's like mom. Lee is a great cashier who us parientes with me and always has a warm smile"
"This was a nice store. Clean, well organized, lots of merchandise. Fitting rooms available. Quite a bit of new merchandise also available. I didn’t realize this place had bins so I missed checking them out. Probably the best variety of shoes I’ve seen in a goodwill. It’s nice that they have their shoes organized by color."
"I recently visited the Goodwill Outlet in St. Petersburg, Florida, for the first time and found a few good items—so that was a win! However, I have to say I wasn’t a big fan of the deep crates they use instead of the usual blue rolling bins. Those deep crates are tough to dig through, and they can really be hard on your back. It’s just not as convenient. Honestly, I think all Goodwill Outlet stores should stick with the blue rolling carts—they make way more sense and are so much easier to work with. Overall, I’d give this location a 3 out of 5."
"2 Words- THRIFT. HAUL. If you come to this Goodwill location in St. Pete, you’re bound to find some goodies. It’s a huge store with so many treasures to be found, in a nice area. It’s so big there’s the initial part of the store where you enter/exit, and then there’s a whole extra room to walk into- and it’s not really a room, it’s like warehouse size. They have everything to shop for- clothes, shoes, stuffed animals, kitchenware, furniture, other household items, ties, belts, holiday decor and much more. I was really impressed with the selection of women’s shoes- basically 4 whole, full racks. I would say most Goodwills are more “expensive” nowadays, but that word is subjective as it’s more like items cost $6-7 or $10 instead of only a few bucks. It’s not quite as amazing of deals as it was, but still really really affordable. And if you have a rewards number you can get half off on the colored tag of the week, which also can be really clutch for savings. This store was clean, well-oraganized and well-kept for a Goodwill. Timothy that checked us out at the register was just a darling. Definitely keeping this spot on my list of thrifts to come back to."

"I love this location and the staff works very hard with the amount of traffic and items that are rotated out every hour. The bathrooms could be better sometimes there’s no toilet paper and there’s no soap or paper towels. Out of all of the Goodwill locations this one definitely needs to have a better hand washing because you are digging through bins and it would be very helpful. The other thing that might be helpful is to have a first aid kit upfront in case somebody gets cut on glass. I usually bring my own Band-Aids and wipes, but it might be a good idea. I also wish that they had some sanitizing spray like the gym has on the wall with paper towel to clean off things that spill. If glass gets broken the staff is so quick to help clean it up. All of the staff has always been respectful and they keep things running smoothly. Thank you to the guys bringing the bins out. I know that’s hard work and I hope they get recognized for this. I also love the snack machines and lounge. I’ve found so many amazing items here over the years that you can’t find anywhere else!"
"Loved this goodwill outlet. I have been 3 times now they are consistently bringing out new bins of donations. Great finds tons of clothes furniture and electronics is the only thing this outlet is missing. Great staff very helpful."
