"I had read the reviews about this place so knew about the cart hoarding and rummaging but I was not prepared for the bum rush to the new bins. It was wild! I was with my 4yo daughter and we just avoided the area where they set out new stuff. They all line up and just run in, grab a bunch of things and then sort them off to the side. No one was rude or pushed us out of the way, but they're definitely on a mission so be conscious of that. If you're not looking for anything in particular, I would say this was a fun experience. Very loosely organized, a lot of broken items to sift through, (be careful of glass!), But we found a lot of great books and brand name clothes. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly, can't wait to go back!"

"This ISN’T your regular Goodwill—one of the “regulars” explained to me it’s like a SUPER store where items are acquired from the smaller stores and sold by the pound(s). Some aren’t glad more individuals have found this place but the store ecosystem seems to run smoothly regardless. As some others have mentioned they do have a cart issue. The “regulars” sit along the side walls hoarding shopping carts or furniture made for sales. As they aggressively rummage through the bins they throw items hence breaking glass, plates or storage items (sterile drawers, hangers, etc.) I would HIGHLY suggest wearing gloves as some items get wet from gels/drinks or unknown materials. I love the glass deal they have as I’m furnishing some dishes on a “love project”. Also, heard from one of the workers (he was talking to some of the upper management I presume) that they get a lot of request for different organizations/companies about supplying ceramics/dishes/bigger appliances for their rage rooms. On the 2 occasions I’ve been here all the workers are polite. Don’t know the cashier name but she’s a short dark skin woman wears glasses—even with the chaos of regulars and some hasty newbies she worn a smile and assisted all gracefully. Some customers are pushy as they go for their “deal” so be cognizant this isn’t for the hesitant/timid!"

"Great place for treasure hunting. If you’re not experienced at Goodwill Outlets…. then do research on other reviews, ask friends, or get an employee to guide you through. You don’t want to get in the way of the land rush when they bring out new bins. Wear gloves and be careful. That said, there’s some treasures here for a very low price (priced by weight). Great people watching. Huge amount of clothes, lots of books."

Lisa Ottinger

"This location shows favouritism to resellers. Rather than making sure that all customers have shopping cart availability they allow the resellers to take and fill up shopping carts line them up along a backwall and do nothing about the fac that they have other customers in the building. This should not be allowed. One shopping cart per family is what it should be. There should not Is the shopping cart stacked along a wall full of merchandise. If these people really want the merchandise they should be purchasing it and taking it to their vehicle. By allowing the reseller to keep shopping carts you make them unavailable to others. You then have customers who much carry their items in their arms. This is not fair. The management of this location should stop this immediately. Stop allowing resellers to take over the store. I was highly disappointed in this location. The location in Hillsboro Oregon was way more organized. Books, we're kept separate as we're shoes and clothing. Glassware of handled better as well. Not being able to get a shopping cart was just the icing on the cake. Shame on management for not controlling the store better. Also there was no social distancing. When new bins are brought out the resellers rush them so you end up with 3 or more people at one bin. There should be one person per bin to be able to maintain social distancing. If rules are enforced then shopping is safer for all."

"This place is not for the faint of heart! Or for anyone who gets stressed in a cutthroat environment. It can be dirty so yes, definitely bring gloves. The last time I went, a mouse (rat?) ran right in front of me as soon as I walked through the door. I stay far, far away from the new bins that are brought out because the customers tend to act like animals. I still find plenty of good things. I’ve found great brands like Lululemon, Free People, Athleta, etc. This place is for true thrifters and it’s a fun and exciting treasure hunt. I definitely wouldn’t bring children here if you can help it. The employees are nice—I respect anyone who can deal with crazy customers."

"This store is poorly managed. It is really only a step above dumpster diving. Clothes are thrown in the same bin as broken glass, books, empty trash bags, and heavy appliances. There's no rhyme or reason in the bins. You have to be careful digging through the bins because you can cut your hand on the many pieces of broken glass (or loose knives!). You may find a diamond in the rough, but I wonder how many usable items go to waste because they're just haphazardly thrown in together. This makes me not want to donate to Goodwill anymore. Even just a little organization and respect would go a long way-- all shoes in one bin, all breakable stuff in another."

"I visited this location for the first time. The ladies at the payment counter was kind and helped me understand how everything works. I visited on a Friday and didn't find too much crowd. I was able to get a cart. It works differently than usual goodwill stores. All items are found in bins(except bulky items like furniture, bikes etc), so you have to have a sharp eye to find treasures! Price is by weight. Any item more than 10lbs example bikes, mirrors is priced as $14.99 and furniture have their fixed prices on them. Employees arrange fresh filled bins/carts and people wait while that is done. Once done everybody is allowed to start to shop from new bins. This happens every 30/ 60 mins. I felt they had good clothing collection. They have restrooms and water fountain in the store."

Constance Linder

"It was hard to find a cart due to people hoarding them (multiple empty carts covered on top with blankets or towels) by some groups, but I finally got one with a broken wheel. Employees on floor and especially the two at checkout were super nice and helpful for me, a first-time shopper there. Things in bins were relatively clean, but very disorganized, so bring your patience and wear gloves. I got some really great bargains on very good-condition blankets, jackets, and backpacks to hand out to unhoused people when my church visits their camps this weekend!"

"I love thrifting & I really wanted to love this Goodwill bins location but I honestly couldn’t. There were no baskets because the resellers were camped out in corners with about 2 full baskets each. The bins were crazy & had used underwear, broken glass, dirty tissues, & all types of nonsense in it amongst the donations. The fellow shoppers/resellers were very aggressive & disrespectful when new bins came out! Pushing & shoving others like their life depended on it. They only had 1 cashier open with a line to the back of the store & people not being mindful of said line by still shopping while in it. There were also unruly children running around screaming throwing footballs & baseballs across the room & it was also very hot inside! It’s just not ever that crucial for me! I’m just not that desperately in need so I’d rather go to a regular thrift store. I probably won’t be back but I did find a few very cute items in the midst of so much heat & chaos! $2.49 a lb for clothing which is so cheap! 2/5"

"This place used to be better. I don't mind digging through stuff or even contending with other eager buyers, but things have gotten out of control. They don't enforce the rules. People are wildly aggressive and it's too crowded to get near the bins without risking an elbow in the face. People also take several carts, as others have mentioned. I actually did manage to find a cart today but I think that was just luck. There didn't seem to be as much good stuff coming out as previously. They are particularly low on housewares, and when they do show up they got separated, tossed around and even broken by the other buyers. It also took a really long time to check out. I did find a few good items after being there two hours, but I'm just not sure it's worth it any more. I'll try another location but this one is closest to me."

"Let's start from the beginning. I decided to stop by Goodwill and do a little well needed shopping, as I was shopping Goodwill employees started placing new Bins out. You had customers losing all their common courtesy. You have customers that were going to the bins and not waiting as Goodwill employees complete placing them in their proper spots for all customers, you had customers being very aggressive and hostile. I have always used common courtesy along with implementing kindness and respect. So it's not a problem for me to just step aside and wait while I watch Goodwill customers display all types of negative and inappropriate behavior such as physically assault, hit, push and shove other customers and even sometimes Goodwill employees. Which is my reasons for placing my Google Review. Not only was I physically pushed, shaved and lied on today by Caucasian male but I was literally assaulted that situation became so intense because not only was I asserted and professional but I had to Stand My Ground, even after this man physically assaulted me over several times in Goodwill because of the color of his skin and after I inform Goodwill staff of the situation requesting for the cameras to be pulled, walking away from the situation and then being followed by this particular man as I'm trying to inform staff of the situation, then this man literally lying to staff and the police as well and he called the police. I had no problem with him calling the police in fact I encouraged it along with I encourage Goodwill and the man who assaulted me for the cameras and the video along with the audio to be produced. The police response what's completed fairly quickly I am form the belief to please speak with goodwill personnel and I would be waiting for him outside whenever he needs me as I was up on his . The man must have changed his story and did not want the cameras to be pulled video and audio to be played because there was no mention of of the video ever again and I peacefully left goodwill with only being pushed, assaulted and shaved without any physical , scars or wounds. This is what may and should expect when shopping at goodwill outlet on South Gessner in Houston Texas. If you are pregnant, expecting or trying to do a little bit of shopping with your children this is most definitely not the place to shop."

"Definitely my favorite bin store so far. Out of the locations I have visited, this one is cleaner, a bit more "organized" in the sense that items are relatively sorted by clothes/shoes, hard goods, etc., and the environment is overall better. Other locations have been downright disgusting and I felt unsafe due to the other customers. But this location is more open and people can spread out better. The quality of the stuff in the bins is just generally better. There is a serious cart and parking shortage but, thats not unusual for a bin store. Definitely not something that keeps me away! I love a bin store and especially this location. Will definitely keep visiting when I get the itch to dig in the bins even if the drive is a little longer. Worth it!"

PatriciaM

"I was pleasantly surprised! Although it can get a little “peoply”! And by that I mean people will pull up right next to you and dig and through stuff around! My 1st day there 7/18/25 a Friday around 1pm and parking lot packed to! Dressy cool because it’s get rad warm even though the huge fans in ceiling did a good job I was never uncomfortable. If you find a bakery outside take it! People hog the baskets and they are literally camped out I guess waiting on different new bins to be pulled out! My vibe is to not struggle and I will find what Finds me! I don’t really go for “clothes or shoes” but found vintage Tupperware and alot of Good Condition dvds! I enjoyed my time there but I was guarded! Soon as I got to my 1st bin there was a Verbal argument Mainly a woman telling off some young man. There are people of all walks and ethnicities. Stay neutral! Be courteous, keep a basket to keep others at bay! I like my Elbow room! Also very important take a water bottle w/ cool water to keep you cool!"

Sarah

"This is absolutely horrible. My husband and I used to go to the one that was on 249 nearly every weekend. It was great. We could decompress after a long week and enjoy ourselves while finding treasures. It was nice AC and you could make sure if you were buying electronics, that they actually worked. They employees were amazing and very kind. Now..... It's hotter than a firecracker on the 4th of July in this place. The fans dry out my contacts and do nothing for the entire middle portion of the store. I used to go for 3-4 hrs. Now I can't even handle an hr. There are not enough carts and some people stalk the ones leaving just to get theirs. Not only do you suffer from the heat, but all the good things are sorted out for online sales. So good luck finding hidden gems that would normally be in the bins. Not only that, they expect you to buy electronics that you can't even test out to be sure it works. The only plus I can say for this store, my bank account is happy. I went from spending almost $800 a month in here to less than $200 a month. So thank you for that. If you decide to visit, you may find some good stuff, but it's highly unlikely to get the really good stuff that the others used to have. At this point you are just digging through the unsold or trash stuff the stores didn't want, as all the really good items have been removed."

Carlos Merino

"Oh my!..huge and brand new bins and awesome!..since they have recently closed some this one open..very clean lil hot but overall nice! Good selection always a treasure hunt for thrifters at goodwill prices. Staff was smiling and helpful."

"We drove over an hour to try the outlet in Dallas, on N westMoreland rd. I am a homeschool mom who has my kids with me 24/7. We arrived at the store and as we got out of the car, the donation center guy approached us to tell us kids are not allowed. He stated that there is a sign on the door. Sure enough there is a sign (first picture). However NO WHERE online does it state that kids are not allowed. In fact, if you Google the outlets, there are pictures of kids shopping in the bins (second picture) Goodwill is meant to help low income families find their essential items. It would be a privilege to afford a babysitter just to shop in goodwill and not one that many can afford. This “no kids under 16” policy is extremely discriminating to low income families and to children. Why are you discriminating against the very community that supports you?"

Bobbi Gordon

"The bins are atrocious. Who do these employees think they are? Screaming at customers like we’re in a concentration camp. The warehouse is hotter than hell and people are rude. Sorry not even for the by the lb prices will I go back."

bradford flynn

"I love the bins. Got a $600 chainsaw for eight bucks. Started on the first pull. Never fail to find treasure there."

Huberth Vega

"The only store that actually served the community Computer Works was closed with no notice leaving customers in the dark. The manager and staff always went above and beyond the call of duty several times to get affordable computers in the hands of those with financial hardships. Don't be fooled they only care about the bottom line and not the good of the community they beg for donations."

"Wish I could give my experience zero stars. This was my first time going to ANY Goodwill Outlet bin store so I was unaware that there are “rules.” They brought out new bins and I picked up a singular piece of clothing and an employee yells at me to put it down and he was generally being incredibly rude so I left immediately. I am disgusted that store managers allow their employees to treat costumers like this, I wish I got his name so I could include it in this message but I hope he gets fired."

Latoya Pruitt

"I come here often and have for years and I like it. You’re not gonna beat the price at $1.79 per POUND of merchandise. I will say the employees used to be a lot nicer. Now a lot of them are very rude and try to run the place like it’s a prison and they’re guards. I get that they have to make sure people follow the rules but a lot of them are very aggressive. I saw a woman get yelled at in front of everyone for touching clothes in a bin before they gave the okay and she told me later it was her first time and she didn’t know. I felt bad that they’d embarrassed her like that. My only other complaint is that sometimes the music they play is so loud it’s like you’re at a nightclub. I like to have my airpods in and listen to music while I shop and it’s pretty much impossible in there bc their music is so loud. The other day it was so loud it sounded like it was going to blow out the speakers."

K W

"I was bit here. They used to be good about throwing people out who caused problems, now they let everybody start digging early, people push, shove, and apparently bite. I've had stuff stolen out of my basket. They let families take 3-4 baskets and hoard stuff. And the new bin arrangement is awful. People block you in and won't let you move."

Ben1071 Smith

"It was actually way cleaner than I expected it to be. There is a method to the madness. You just have to watch what others are doing while digging. When they bring out new bins they make everyone wait until that row is complete and finally they say shop now and that part is mayhem"

"I would give zero stars. Buyer beware, the cashier of the outlet store will follow you and tell you what you can and can not purchase eventhough you pull it from the bin on the sales floor. If he feels you have something that he wants or the workers have neglected to keep from the bins before the merchandise reaches the sales floor it will be taken from you and reason given - store policy. Nowhere else in another outlet store is a policy posted of purchases made at cashier discretion."

Morgan Lazaris

"Go to Walmart. Went to find picture frames, they had frames for 2.99 and up, that were falling apart, had broken glass or no backing at all. One frame was 10.99 just because it was in original packaging. Noticed that the same generic wine glasses you see at Walmart are priced the same. Nothing on the shelves is organized, or easy to find. It amazes me how much Goodwill will charge customers for DONATED items. Not worth your time. Buy your stuff new. Employees seem nice though!"

Regina Thompson

"It's like going on a treasure hunt you will be surprised on the cool stuff you find."

Jeff

"Delivered a load of pallets, the warehouse opens at 6am, the dock is second entrance behind the store, little tight, but just enough room to turn around, really nice people, fast unloading, overnight parking on the front of store,"

"First: it's sad that there are so many negative reviews from people who don't understand the concept of a Goodwill Outlet location AKA "The Bins." Yes, everything is thrown into bins -- you pay BY THE POUND. Whether you find Wal-Mart shirts or Chanel, the cost is exactly the same. Roll up your sleeves and dig in -- you never know what you will find! That said, I have found some absolute gems and have made a full-time job out of searching these bins and flipping my finds online. I found a Goyard purse that sold for $850. A Burberry trench coat still available on the website sold for $800. I found a Miu Miu top that I sold for $300. Not every trip results in these finds, but it really feels like a treasure hunt. I have not purchased a single brand new piece of clothing for anyone in my home since discovering the bins. Paying 2.50/pound is almost too good to be true! I have all of my daughter's friends wanting to dig in the bins and all of their moms dreaming of quitting their jobs and reselling with me. I have had ONLY positive experiences with the staff. Some might come across as rude when enforcing the rules, but they're just doing their job. In fact - I didn't know the rules when I first started coming and was corrected a few times until I figured it all out. Not a big deal at all. Some of the other customers are downright vicious, though. I've been elbowed, shoved, and tripped because they care more about getting a pair of shoes they see than the actual human beings next to them. Even still, the thrill of the hunt and the insane profit I have made makes it absolutely worth it."

"I used to love coming to this location as a back up w good finds. Now I walked into something absolutely shocking. No isles of clothes and no department separation at all. It's now pay by the lbs & digging through massive bins. There's absolutely no organization just chaos as people rush to dig through the bins when the staff rolls them out and hollers "step back" followed by a count down & then digging. Not my thing at all"

Christina Mullins

"First time at this location in quite some time, and I was shocked. I heard they had switched to bins, but didn't know what to expect. It was a mess. You can get good deals (you pay by the pound for clothing items which can save a lot of money), but don't expect to find what you are looking for easily. It was hot, difficult digging through the bins, and when we left we felt like we needed to rush home for a shower. One particular employee was quite rude and yelled at me and my daughter because we didn't know their rules about where we could walk when they were moving bins around. I love thrifting and don't mind looking through racks of clothes for that great find, but this was just ridiculous. We will not be returning to this particular Goodwill store."

madyson lily

"Insane amount of bins, new bins come out every 45 mins or so, everyone lines up and waits. I found some awesome stuff digging through the bins. Be prepared to get your hands dirty and SEARCH. If you aren’t willing to dig then this isn’t the place for you. It’s buy by the pound here. No racks."

"Important to remember is no kids under 14yrs old... first time shopping here its a very nice, clean facility. AC and good music while you shop. $.50 per clothing and the pallets, from what I saw, range $25 - $75 each. Restrooms are spacious and clean. It has about 4 benches to sit and wait while they rotate the blue tables. Employees were nice, courteous but also in a hurry to complete there work. Which I don't mind its understandable. They sell sodas if you get thirsty. I bought 10 shirts and 2 jackets don't need to buy in large quantities."

"$1.00 per item! PER ITEM! Insane what they are charging for USED, DONATED stuff that you have to dig for. Probly works out for heavier items but lighter items are incredibly overpriced. (T-shirts, scarfs, ties, baby cloths, etc) Hey Goodwill, you'd sell more stuff if you charged by the pound!"

Ryan Baker

"Cheap pallets but the worst Bins I’ve ever been to they have nothing valued going through just go to a rag house"

Emilio Gonzalez

"Bins in general kinda suck regardless of what store or company is operating. The concept of searching through piles of random and never to be used objects to find something worth taking is kinda of rancid. That being said this location is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you enjoy bins you'll enjoy this location."

"This is an excellent Goodwill location to shop at. I will admit that if you are not used to bin shopping, then at first glance they may seem kinda intimidating, cluttered, or full of mostly junk... but I guarantee that if you dig in a bit (or wait until new bins are brought out) you will find some truly unbelievable deals every now and then. You can not beat the by-weight pricing at less than $2/lb for most items; heavier items get single-priced out between $5-10 typically. Most of what I own now has originated from this Goodwill in particular. You can find a variety of new & old things... everything from electronics, house decor, clothing, vintage goods, musical equipment, items for projects, outdoor equipment, tools, etc. Great store & friendly friendly staff & courteous shoppers!"

"The employees are nice BUT The Hispanic youth group dropped off by their parents run to the new bins and create a line around the bins whereas I could not even squeeze in to dig. Very unfair and the establishment should regulate this."

"Love love LOVE! This place is great because it's cheap they price everything by the pound so I can get a lot of stuff for very cheap and it is a real bang for your buck if you know I'm saying. You do have to dig through the bins some people wear gloves but that's for amateurs. I'm a pro I guess. Whatever. I put hand sanitizer on my hands afterwards so I guess that makes me a pro. I don't mind touching gross clothes cuz I can find some cool stuff sometimes. I like denim and this is a good place to get denim fabric and denim clothing items. I one time got a jean curtain which I call a "Jurtain". I thought one time that they were closing down the Goodwill and I literally almost cried cuz this was like my favorite place it's like the only place that I can get like good cheap stuff and especially like fabric to make other stuff cuz I'm a big sower. But they were not closing they were just remodeling but you can still go inside which is great. We went there the other day and there was a very nice guy who had a cool shirt that had a tiger a lion and a bear on it and he was very nice and very charismatic and very funny. The people you meet there are always very interesting you never know who you're going to meet."

"I still love the bins! If you are not familiar with Goodwill outlets or also called "the bins", you might want to see if there is one in your area. Everything is just put into these big tables with sides, and you just dig to see what treasures you can find. At the one near me it is $1.79/#, shoes 1.79 and I think .69 for books. Although the price varies for each store. I recently spent $9.62 for 19 items. I have found fossil purses, a collectible I paid $0.42 and it sells for minimum of $15.00. I've talked to some of the other shoppers , and they pile their carts up with clothes to send to mexico or the philippines, are the ones I spoke with. It is not for everybody, you may want to bring gloves, but I have no problem not using them. Happy shopping!"

"First off I want to give a shout out to Kaisha , hope I spelled her name right, she is a cashier there and just super nice and made my daughter’s and my day, thank you!!! The people here in general are just super nice I talked with several of my fellow shoppers and we all pitched in to help each find things instead of having to go through each bin ourselves! So if you like the Goodwill you have to check this place out! Though warning if you don’t like to dig through things and don’t have a lot of time maybe you won’t like it as much as I did. You also have to have gloves or you can’t go in, it can be a bit dirty though the clothes and blankets and such were separate from the dirtier items. For me this is an all day even ‘t if you want something specific it might not be where to go. That said I did need a vacuum for my son and they had several and an outlet to check to make sure it worked at only 5 bucks you can’t beat it! I had the good luck of finding new Abercrombie & Fitch jeans in my size , a pair of loft dress slacks, also new with tags still on them and several other new items! The price is 1.87 I believe a pound when I did the math per item it came up to around 30 cents an item but I bought a bunch of small light weight items too so that does effect the price but no matter what an absolute steal of a deal! I could say more but go find out for yourselves and I wish you good findings! I’m going to post some pictures of just a few of the awesome things I have gotten here so check those out! I need to post some pictures of the beautiful designer clothes still. I wanted to add on to this post a shout out to Dwain who is always friendly and helpful in anyway he can. Also a shout out to Lisa who runs the front and has a lot going on but still shines through it all! Thank you for being great employees and people !"

"First off, if you plan to visit this location, it's not like your standard Goodwill. There is clear signage at the door that GLOVES ARE REQUIRED and that CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED (until they turn 15, but by then they are teenagers). All the negative reviews mentioning this should be deleted because it is literally posted right there AT. THE. DOOR. It's no one else's fault that you can't read. Not only that, but these rules are there for good reason. Nothing here is on a shelf, rather they are piled in a bin to be dug through. You run the hazard of touching something sharp, pointy, etc. I've seen broken glass, leaking bottles of weed killer, wood with rusty nails, unspecified "wetness". It's just not safe for bare hands or kids. Coming here CAN be fun if you keep your expectations low. Think of it as a treasure hunt! I've found literal garbage, like empty food containers or old mail. I've found amazing things, like a brand new $900 Balsam Hill Christmas tree. The fun is in the hunt and meeting friendly people there, too. You pay for your items by the pound, so you can get a pretty good bargain on certain finds. Books are 25 cents."

"BRING RUBBER GLOVES!!! Do you really have what it takes to be a true treasure hunter? How about a second hand shop keeper? This is the Ultimate Ninja Games of the second hand economy. Come... see what marvels you can uncover from the giant blue bins that are rolled out by the staff. You will wait on the edge of your toes as fresh blue bins are rolled out. Like a kid hope up on pixie stix awaiting their turn on a new round of Duck Duck Gose... you dont want to miss these bins. Speed walk, dodge, dig and goble up as much stuff as you can carry in 3 minutes before you can bring in reinforcements with a buddy and a beat up shopping cart. It's real life HUNGRY HUNGRY HIPPOS!!! Must go just for the experience. Tons of fun!!! Jokes a side.. im aware for some folks this is their lifelyhood. Im not making fun, I do enjoy going to places like these to find trasures of my own. I also get to meet folks of all walks of life in places like these. We all have our reasons for being there. FYI please pay attention to the staff and listen to their instructions. They are doing their best to make sure it is a good experience for everyone. Do not be mean or get violent with other folks...it will get you banned from the store. Just be nice and have fun. You will not be allowed to stay without gloves. Make sure you bring them. With some patience, and TLC you can find some nice stuff here. Keep your eyes open. Its part of the hunt experience."

"If you’re looking for a casual shopping experience, this is NOT the place for you. It’s a free-for-all when new bins come out—aggressive resellers shove, hoard, and destroy items just to get to Nike shoes and toys. Many good items end up broken in the chaos, making the whole experience frustrating and disappointing. While the store tries to maintain organization, the strict rules and staff enforcement often make shopping feel more restrictive than enjoyable. Customers are frequently spoken to in a condescending manner, which only adds to the frustration. Perhaps the most disheartening part is knowing that people donate items in hopes of them being put to good use, only for many to be carelessly smashed and ultimately trashed. If you’re expecting a worthwhile shopping experience, this isn’t the place. Not worth the stress."
