Goodwill Donation Express Reviews

"Second worst experience, first time noting it. Last I checked, this was a donation drop off. You don’t get to rummage through the donations and pick and choose the goods you want. You don’t want it, or can’t sell it, sort through it after the drop off. The sign literally says “pop the truck, we’ll take care of the rest” and I can’t express how big of a lie that is. I had a Bunn coffee maker with brand new filters, a brand new juicer, a lamp shade and some wood boards in a tote. The bearded guy unloading me questioned what the boards were for and my reply was, “I don’t know they’re wood boards…..arts and crafts?” He then said he couldn’t take them and so my full truck load of donations will go to some other organization. Messages in store note if you have appliances working or not, donate them and this location wouldn’t take perfectly good wood boards?! Never again donating to such a thoughtless company. If you can’t take perfectly wood boards and make use of them, I don’t trust your judgment in selling my new donated products for a good cause."
"Didn't have to wait, someone was ready to take my donation bags. Friendly and very helpful."
"We donated a large UHAUL truck fill of furniture of items after moving. The staff were so friendly and helpful helping us unload and bring it in. They also made us feel very welcome to Centerton. Highly recommend."
"Used to be great but very unreliable lately in terms of hours and accepting donations."
