"I have found my place to shop for clothing! Only $2.50 per item! Totally worth the 30 min drive from home all day everyday!"
"Clean , very neat , love the way they are hanging the pants , it makes findings the size one wants much easier . We wanted to see the "bins" we had read about at these centers , but this location doesn't have them ."
"If you want good clothes cheap, this is the place. Every thing in here is 2 bucks a piece. Perfect for the kids doing cosplay! Its not reject stuff either. Be prepared to dig a little... but well worth it."
"Came expecting bins as this location is listed on goodwilloutlets.com, a site for goodwill bin locations, but this store is primarily all clothes, with a tiny media section. If clothes is your thing, perfect spot, if you like anything else, try another spot."

"This was my first visit, and it was an interesting experience. I didn't find the clothes in the bins excemptly cheap, especially considering how much digging is required to find decent items. The lady at the cash register was not very helpful, and seemed annoyed I didn't understand the check-out process. They need more shopping carts considering you must have one to check out."
"Wonderful staff, clean bathrooms and break rooms. Security guard very pleasant and greets when you enter and exit store. Fast check out. Good will outlet brings bins out every 30 minutes. I drove in from out of town and was very pleased. I wish I could do it everyday. Very helpful staff with me as a new customer. Great life time experience. I have encouraged many people to go to the outlet. I wish they would have more outlets."
"Not really a goodwill like we up north have. One side was like a junk store you dig through used clothes. The other side was new stuf."
"I go to goodwill at LEAST once a week. I heard they do shop by the pound here so I gave it a shot. Keep in mind this is my FIRST time there and I’m not aware of the standard when they bring new bins out. They brought out new bins so I started going through it. Well, admittedly, I didn’t hear the lady say to me that I had to wait so she comes and pushes my shoulder and stops me and very rudely says that I had to wait. I’m all for waiting m, that’s fine but to put your hands on me? I don’t think so. Why don’t they just gather up multiple employees to bring bins out? Common sense here. That way you can have majority of them set and gone through right away. I didn’t get the name but she was African American with very very short red hair and a very very big attitude problem. I should have left my basket and left but I ended up going on to spend a good 57$ here."

"Extremely small outlet compared to other cities. The old stuff in the bins are not taken out and replaced with new items. There is junk on top of junk. The employees allow certain people they know to go in the back room to look and take items before everyone else. They keep the good stuff for when their friends come so they can give it to them instead of just putting everything out at once like they are suppose to. They have no rules. People go crazy over clothes and shoes. They also do not let you buy pallets of items to look through like other Goodwills I’ve been to. This place is not as good as it use to be. People walk in and walk out because they put nothing good out. Keep allowing employees to show favoritism and allowing certain people privileges there will be no more customers. This outlet is the worst and smallest I’ve ever been too."
"Just left the goodwill by the pound location. It's located behind the main Goodwill store. The cashier was sitting down we asked her when will they bring out more products and she said in a little bit but she just went back to sit down. Not sure how they rotate items here but she just seemed a little lazy. Also they had a basket full of shoes behind the register that they were holding for someone. The bins were not full either. We were ready to spend money"
"Well stocked and organized! A lot of varieties of clothes and friendly employees"
"All the good clothes are sold for double the price, and besides, you can't find anything good. The manager of the Lafayette stores gives them to her sister who sells them at the Jockey Lot in Carencro"

"I find some of the reviews on this place a bit odd. This is a Goodwill outlet bins store. It's supposed to be unorganized, and you dig through it. Items are bought by the pound and it's a great way to find stuff super cheap. The more poundage of items you buy, the cheaper it is per pound. Books are super cheap and great for picking up odd and end children's books. Overall, I recommend people try this one out and see if they like it. The only thing I would suggest is bring gloves."
"It's not as good as it used to be. You have to dig through bins and it's completely unorganized. I wouldn't shop this location again. The one in front of Walmart is still my pick."
"I’m really disappointed in this outlet and the services the job center provides. I’ve always donated items to the Goodwill, but after my experience with their services and their outlet store I am very reluctant to donate with this organization again. I walked into the outlet for the 1st time yesterday and felt a sense of grief. Where is the pride and care? Is it because of the location or is it because it was near closing time? I don’t know. What I do know is, outlet or no outlet, bins or no bins, sold by the pound or not, I felt like I walked into a landfill instead of a place that provides helpful goods and services. I bet I could put on gloves and dig through a homeless person’s shopping cart and get better results. Organizational management, having a sense of pride and genuine care and concern for others would not allow someone to think the way things are at this location is acceptable. Very disappointed customer!"
"Haven't been here yet. Posting 5 stars to offset the bad reviews based on the merchandise being in bins/tables instead of hung up. It IS SUPPOSED to be that way. This is a liquidation center not a retail store. That's why the very best bargains are at the outlet/pay by the pound locations."
