"First off I want to give a shout out to Kaisha , hope I spelled her name right, she is a cashier there and just super nice and made my daughter’s and my day, thank you!!! The people here in general are just super nice I talked with several of my fellow shoppers and we all pitched in to help each find things instead of having to go through each bin ourselves! So if you like the Goodwill you have to check this place out! Though warning if you don’t like to dig through things and don’t have a lot of time maybe you won’t like it as much as I did. You also have to have gloves or you can’t go in, it can be a bit dirty though the clothes and blankets and such were separate from the dirtier items. For me this is an all day even ‘t if you want something specific it might not be where to go. That said I did need a vacuum for my son and they had several and an outlet to check to make sure it worked at only 5 bucks you can’t beat it! I had the good luck of finding new Abercrombie & Fitch jeans in my size , a pair of loft dress slacks, also new with tags still on them and several other new items! The price is 1.87 I believe a pound when I did the math per item it came up to around 30 cents an item but I bought a bunch of small light weight items too so that does effect the price but no matter what an absolute steal of a deal! I could say more but go find out for yourselves and I wish you good findings! I’m going to post some pictures of just a few of the awesome things I have gotten here so check those out! I need to post some pictures of the beautiful designer clothes still. I wanted to add on to this post a shout out to Dwain who is always friendly and helpful in anyway he can. Also a shout out to Lisa who runs the front and has a lot going on but still shines through it all! Thank you for being great employees and people !"
"First off, if you plan to visit this location, it's not like your standard Goodwill. There is clear signage at the door that GLOVES ARE REQUIRED and that CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED (until they turn 15, but by then they are teenagers). All the negative reviews mentioning this should be deleted because it is literally posted right there AT. THE. DOOR. It's no one else's fault that you can't read. Not only that, but these rules are there for good reason. Nothing here is on a shelf, rather they are piled in a bin to be dug through. You run the hazard of touching something sharp, pointy, etc. I've seen broken glass, leaking bottles of weed killer, wood with rusty nails, unspecified "wetness". It's just not safe for bare hands or kids. Coming here CAN be fun if you keep your expectations low. Think of it as a treasure hunt! I've found literal garbage, like empty food containers or old mail. I've found amazing things, like a brand new $900 Balsam Hill Christmas tree. The fun is in the hunt and meeting friendly people there, too. You pay for your items by the pound, so you can get a pretty good bargain on certain finds. Books are 25 cents."
"BRING RUBBER GLOVES!!! Do you really have what it takes to be a true treasure hunter? How about a second hand shop keeper? This is the Ultimate Ninja Games of the second hand economy. Come... see what marvels you can uncover from the giant blue bins that are rolled out by the staff. You will wait on the edge of your toes as fresh blue bins are rolled out. Like a kid hope up on pixie stix awaiting their turn on a new round of Duck Duck Gose... you dont want to miss these bins. Speed walk, dodge, dig and goble up as much stuff as you can carry in 3 minutes before you can bring in reinforcements with a buddy and a beat up shopping cart. It's real life HUNGRY HUNGRY HIPPOS!!! Must go just for the experience. Tons of fun!!! Jokes a side.. im aware for some folks this is their lifelyhood. Im not making fun, I do enjoy going to places like these to find trasures of my own. I also get to meet folks of all walks of life in places like these. We all have our reasons for being there. FYI please pay attention to the staff and listen to their instructions. They are doing their best to make sure it is a good experience for everyone. Do not be mean or get violent with other folks...it will get you banned from the store. Just be nice and have fun. You will not be allowed to stay without gloves. Make sure you bring them. With some patience, and TLC you can find some nice stuff here. Keep your eyes open. Its part of the hunt experience."
"If you’re looking for a casual shopping experience, this is NOT the place for you. It’s a free-for-all when new bins come out—aggressive resellers shove, hoard, and destroy items just to get to Nike shoes and toys. Many good items end up broken in the chaos, making the whole experience frustrating and disappointing. While the store tries to maintain organization, the strict rules and staff enforcement often make shopping feel more restrictive than enjoyable. Customers are frequently spoken to in a condescending manner, which only adds to the frustration. Perhaps the most disheartening part is knowing that people donate items in hopes of them being put to good use, only for many to be carelessly smashed and ultimately trashed. If you’re expecting a worthwhile shopping experience, this isn’t the place. Not worth the stress."
