"Bin store, good deals! 1.50 a lb for clothing. Books .50 a lb. Other odds and ends as marked. All cheap. Worth a trip! Open til 7 pm"
"Great place with friendly staff. I do however think their parking lot could have more illumination as it would be safer"
"It's a bin type place looking to grow. Pay it a visit."
"It was closed down. But the sign was not on the doors. The closed sign was on the front of the building(not even close to the entrance on the side) and it was not on the website."

"Customers already spend tons of money here on a daily basis, and whoever is in corporate thinks they are going to pay $3 to look in a section of VIP bins every 30 minutes? The flyer for their best bins has gone viral on thrift groups on Facebook and canton outlet is now the laughing stock. Corporate greed needs to end. It was not broken, do not try to fix it. They also rearranged the bins to accommodate this and absolutely ruined the layout. I understand their profits go towards helping their mission, so how about #1 stop raising the prices per pound, so in turn people buy more, #2 leave the high quality items in the bins, people buy more and are return customers and #3 roll out more bins at a time and don’t try to charge VALUED CUSTOMERS $3 to search for the items you already got FOR FREE, so….people buy more and people can be helped thru their program."
"One star is giving them too much credit. This Goodwill enforces strict rules I’ve never seen at any other goodwill bins location and the staff is rude. When I visited for the first time, I was told, "You need a ticket for that line, everybody knows that!" Clearly, not everyone knows. The manager should address the staff's attitude, especially the man pricing kitchen gadgets in the back on 7/24 at 3 pm that I encountered. Instead of saying, "You need a ticket, everybody knows that," in a condescending tone he could have politely informed me to get a ticket. Which by the way, they charge you to buy a ticket to shop in a special line, that is literally just trash. It’s no better than the rest of the store where you can shop freely without a ticket."
"I think the main problem with this location is the amount of re-sellers with multiple carts of stuff before they buy anything. They pile up carts in the front of the store and it hinders the shopping experience and limits the number of carts available for use. 3/5 times I've went there recently there have been no carts because of this. And quite frankly this also limits the value to other customers when they have three carts full of good stuff they snatched because of the rush to get to new bins. Just limit customers to one cart so I'm not elbow to butt with other customers due to multiple full and unattended carts up front near the registers. Otherwise I love this store and want it to thrive."
"I come here often to shop for local schools and families in need. I also love thrifting for my own family. The staff is amazing. I saw a ton of comments about staff being rude but I am greeted every time I come in since I’m more of a regular (Harry is the best 🙂) Yes the Best Bins was a dumb idea and they have since gotten rid of it but raised the overall price by weight. Just remember the employees have nothing to do with that. They don’t control any of the pricing etc. Yes there are a lot of resellers but it’s part of thrifting. A lot of them are friends and you kinda get to know the regulars the more you come in. I always feel safe and welcome shopping here. I love seeing new faces, being greeted by old ones and finding little treasures along the way. Thrifting isn’t for everyone especially bin style thrifting. But I’d rather reuse and recycle than spend 4x as much on new items."

"Today was my first time inside of this Goodwill Outlet Store, and there were crowds of people at the bins (it is expected because the purposes of Goodwill Outlet stores AKA “The bins” is that many Goodwill stores get rid of items that haven’t sold at their stores and give them to the outlet stores for people to rummage and dig through before the stuff gets recycled or thrown away), but I bought a bunch of cool stuff such as small blankets for my stuffed animals and a bunch of books. Everything is weighed by the pound. Just ask the staff for help. *****It is highly recommended that you bring large bags for the stuff that you buy and at least have someone go with you so that your cart doesn’t get taken away.*****"
"This Goodwill Outlet is one of the nicest and best run locations I’ve been to. The facility is clean, well maintained, and has great amenities like a big parking lot, nice bathrooms, a cafe, and water fountains/vending. New bins are brought out regularly and switched consistently, which keeps things moving and fair. What really sets this location apart is the crew. Everyone here is hardworking, friendly, and welcoming. Rob and Reesce have done a great job managing the store, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs. The cashiers and floor crew are some of the nicest people I’ve met, they truly make this place feel welcoming. It can get busy at times, but compared to other bins locations, this one is refreshingly drama free. Shoppers are respectful, helpful, and patient with each other. If you take your time and look closely, there are some great finds to be had here. Highly recommend this location."
"I’ve been here a few times for clothing, but I’m done. My low rating and reasons I won’t return are 1) the higher price/lb compared to other places, and 2) they round up to the pound. If you’re purchasing many items then the rounding doesn’t matter as much/isn’t obvious, but if buying 1-2 lightweight items, it just feels wrong. I’d suggest they invest in a regular scale capable of decimal points for when there are fewer or lighter items (as it is, for even 1 item , you place it in a cart and roll it on the big scale). The costs had always seemed too high, but buying one lightweight item today really confirmed the setup here needs improvement. I’ll stick to another store where I pay half or less of what things cost here, and it is fair - the cost is based on true weight."
"Goodwill bins are always hit or miss depending on what you find. You can’t go in expecting to find every item you’re looking for. They have everything from clothes, appliances, toys, books etc. A row of bins is usually restocked around every 45 minutes to an hour which definitely seems longer compared to the Goodwill Outlet Store up in Dayton. It was somewhat crowded when we went in the middle of the day, but not terrible. I’d recommend bringing a pair of gloves to avoid touching anything dirty."

"This Goodwill used to be an old Meijer store. Interesting how they repurposed the building. I would assume they would use more retail space in the retail store since it’s a big building. The Outlet part is full of bins where you can dig through and see what you can find and for cheap price too. Also there are resellers in there 😒 so if you found something you want. You better grab it because someone else will take it and resell it on eBay for insane amounts."
"First time at this goodwill outlet and was so excited to check it out but what a difficult shopping experience , 1st of all there's only maybe 10 carts available and at least 40+ people trying to shop . Was able to get a cart from a lady leaving and was very quickly approached by a guy who asked could he have my cart when I was done , I said yes and he proceeded to follow me the whole time I shopped and I was trying to enjoy myself and take my time I can spend hours thrifting. It was extremely uncomfortable and stressful. Then the entire time I was there I saw 1 new bin come out and that was in a 90 minute span. Then when I proceeded to check out with stalker guy following I didn't see anyone else weighing their carts they were unloading on to bin on counter and I know at other outlets they weigh the whole cart so when I asked the cashier what I needed to do she was extremely rude and snapped at me that she would weigh the cart subtracting the weight of cart and i dont believe she did. Because my total was 2x as much as I normally spend at other outlets and she continued to speak harshly to me when I was asking about the weight in the meantime stalker starts to empty my cart. I left there feeling anxious and confused and to think I drove over 2 hrs for this store. Bottom line is you need more carts and your staff needs to learn a lil bit about customer service but I won't be back ."
"Great spot to pick up some good quality 2nd hand clothes even some new still with the tags on them. I got some NIKE,ADIDAS, & North Face gear along with some shoes & a few other things. They charge by the pound not per item clothes+shoes/2.29$per pound kitchen items-1.99&per pound there’s more but I can’t remember it all"
"Excellent experience at Goodwill Bins! Easy access and a treasure trove for vintage clothing enthusiasts. Found some fantastic pieces, highly recommend!"

"I spent years avoiding this place because I heard so many stories about how it was nothing but a filthy, chaotic rampage for broken garbage. The first time I finally got up the courage to visit, I was shocked at how clean the store was, how organized the bin system was, and how polite most people were. I've been to worse estate sales for sure. And it's not "picked over" trash that no one at the regular stores wanted. Most of the stuff that ends up in the bins was never tagged for sale in the first place so you can snag some great stuff. And yes, there are obvious flippers but they're taking stuff that would otherwise be going to the dump, which I appreciate. The majority of them are very methodical so it's easy enough to work around them. They're not snatching things out of people's hands. They're not stealing things out of people's carts. And they can't be everywhere at once so they're not taking every single "good" thing and leaving others with nothing. Accept them as part of the experience and you'll have a much better time. I'm not a reseller at all but I've visited many times now and I've never left without at least one treasure. If you want to give it a try, here is my advice: First, manage your expectations because the bins are the bins and there are good days and bad days. Assume you'll be getting dirty. Always wear gloves (plain cotton ones will do). Always grab a cart. Plan your route and stick to it; dont let FOMO run you ragged. Learn the rules by watching the regulars. If something is interesting to you, just put it in your cart - you can always throw it back later. Don't get distracted by looking at what's over there and forget to look at what's right in front of you. Be respectful to the people around you. Rude people are few and far between on weekdays and aren't tolerated by the regulars. Weekends get a bit more rowdy so plan accordingly. There's nothing quite like a Goodwill Outlet and we're very lucky to have one of the nicer ones here!"
"Just popped in briefly. A Goodwill Outlet in Indianapolis was my introduction to this style of store, and I have to say, I think that the one in Indy is better. This one seemed smaller, darker, and more chaotic. Instead of having people hang around the edges and bins filling in the middle, a lot of people had carts with their hordes covered with towels/blankets/etc. right in the middle of the store. They also don't seem to announce bin changes or ask people to stay out of the way during the process like they do in Indy. The checkout line also spanned nearly the entire length of the store. Luckily the person I came in with didn't feel like digging through the bins, so they hopped in line and I poked around until they were close to the registers. I ended up walking out with a few 78 records that somehow weren't shattered, a camera bag, and a couple camera flashes. The variety of the bins was decent , but not amazing. I also wasn't there to see fresh bins come out, so they were probably better than what I was there to pick through. If I went back (which is a strong possibility) and discovered that the super long line was an anomaly, my rating would probably go up. Right now I'd call my experience a 3.5, rounded down to 3 because a few bins smelled worse than you'd hope."
"trans folk! 🏳️⚧️🏳️⚧️🏳️⚧️this is a great place for all of u! if you are trying a new style but still in the closet or just nervous to buy different clothes this is such a cool place to do so. i personally get nervous to shop at traditional stores in person because of people staring or judging so this was actually so euphoric to be able to shop and not worry about any of that. at checkout they don’t have to look through your stuff since its paid for by the pound so you can pretty much pick out whatever u want without worrying about people looking through it. i left with 3 huge bags of new things to try to style (over 20 lbs) and it was only like $40. definitely bring gloves or hand sanitizer because everything is just a free for all and all the items are unmarked and unorganized in a bunch of bins. another plus is this is just so eco-friendly as all of this clothes would be going into a landfill anyways."
"Not one of the best Goodwill Outlets that I've been to. They do rotations fairly frequently but when they bring the new bins out there is so little in them. You can find ok clothes here but definitely not designer brands and really not even a ton of name brands. Most were boutique brands or discount department store brands."

"Adding new information. Pay attention to your receipt last weekend they charged out books as blue table items bc they were rushing everyone out so they could leave they had us out and in our car at 5:55p they were leaving at 6:05p. They have us a 15.00 credit. I went back on 03/20/2024 and charged for 18lbs of stuff so I weighed my items at home it was 11Lbs. 🤔 I come here once or twice a week and I really enjoy it. I do have a few suggestions, I watch the resellers on YouTube and the goodwill outlets they go to put all of the glassware in separate little bins/totes and sit them in the big blue bin so then they don't get destroyed. I've come across a few really nice things that were glass and they were broken. Also maybe still try to rotate the bins more often even if it's not busy, I just don't think it's fair to the people who can't come first thing in the morning and have to come later. I just feel like the people who come in the afternoon/evening get shafted and are just left to look through the bins that have already been gone through and the good items are gone."
"Decent place, I would probably prefer going to an actual goodwill where everything has been sorted already but if you’re cool with digging through the unknown for buried treasures this place is for you. Would recommend wearing workmen’s gloves if you go through the piles of stuff just because you just don’t know what’s there. I give it 4 stars because pricing by the pound and the chances to find awesome items gives you endless possibilities and it’s goodwill the prices are always cheap."
"If you need something and want to look for it used first, come to the Goodwill Bins! I love this place and you pay by the pound."
"Holy thrifting!!! This warehouse is full of bins and bins and bins! My mother in law told me about this place and neither of us had been so we decided to check it out! They're open from 10-6 every day so we checked it out on a Saturday and found some gems!!! Quite a bit of gems if you can't tell by the loaded grocery cart! As far as I'm aware these are bins of items that weren't sold at the Goodwill stores, which is kinda crazy bc just like a regular Goodwill, there's often a bunch of junk with some gems intermingled! I guess I expected less gems! Prices were so good, $1.89 per pound! Which seems more reasonable than what Goodwill stores sell items for. Spent $79 and got a whole cart full of brand name clothes shoes and several sets of good quality sheets and duvets, which were probably the heaviest items. Will definitely be back!"

"Corporate needs to do a full evaluation of this location. I’m writing this review as myself and 30 other customers are waiting for new bins. We have been waiting 2 hours, they are supposed to bring new product out each 30 minutes as listed on their website. This is outrageous. Aside from this. The minimum wage employees & greedy managers are instructed to set aside anything they deem valuable for the e commerce site, leaving the valued customers with stained ragout clothing, broken electronics and goodwill store leftovers. I know how it operates in the back, this is an e commerce warehouse with a retail outlet attached. I also know how the operation of filling the actual bins up with product goes. It does NOT take any longer than 30 minutes to fill 14 bins (7 soft, 7 hard) I have been coming here since opening day. It’s never been this bad quality wise and time wise. I watched an employee from the doors go through bins that were about to roll out and grab all of the hats (???????) to pull so they can research and put on their website. I understand goodwill has a mission they require money for but it doesn’t make sense to pull items of value when customers here are willing to buy more stuff if they’re finding desirable items. And on another note. I know for a fact they are hiding items in the bins for customers to find in certain areas of the bin. I’ve watched it happen quite often and I know the workers are all in on it. I’ve been coming here since opening day. I hope these issues can be fixed but I have no issue going back to Canton outlet where these issues aren’t present."
"Tip: Google Maps will take you around back to their loading dock. The main entrance is right off St. Clair . First time at "the bins". Had a great experience. They made an announcement every 30 min that new bins will be brought out. Everyone was civilized and patient and eagerly awaited the new bins of treasures. My daughter and I came home with a few fall wardrobe staples, all for under $10. Cashier was friendly and store was clean. Glad we brought gloves. The bins with housewares had some sharp items. Will definitely be back!"
"I don’t know why this outlet location has such negative reviews. I have found the staff to be polite, the inventory is good, and bins are rotated right on time. Rules are enforced and the other patrons were perfectly nice when I was there. There’s a lot of inventory, too. I’ll definitely be back."
"love a good outlet, i always find the things i'm not looking for but hey, very cool plentiful outlet as well many items many fabric scraps broken appliances old t shirts sleeping bag with broken zipper good jackets for children good rotation of things- this is as it should be. knives separate from other merchandise which is kind of nice staff were kind"

"On the outlet side they go through things and take out the good stuff to price it higher. You may be able to find something good once in a blue moon, but for the most part, it's just stuff from the racks side of the store. Some guy was eyeing one of the new bins they brought out before they were all brought out and the one young rbf looking manager says, "you can look with your eyes but not touch, we want it to be fair for everyone." Then 2 seconds later, I see the cashier sorting through the new bins before anyone else and taking some good stuff out, like Harley Davidson. I asked the floor manager about it, and her response is, "she works here she can do that." Doesn't sound very "fair"."
"I recently visited the Goodwill Outlet, and I was pleasantly surprised! The store was clean and well-organized, which made browsing much more enjoyable. If you're looking for budget-friendly finds and are willing to do a little digging, this is definitely the place to go. I'll be back!"
"I love the bins. The prices??? Who's writing down these prices for low quality chipped, scratched, holey, tattered items? $60 for a sweater? $40 for some worn down tennis shoes? What the hell? It's a joke! That's price gouging and disgusting. I love the store clerks but you people charge waaaay too much for used peices. Please do better and stop the greed. Is it coming from the top oooor? People go to the Goodwill for deals not over priced junk. And some things really should just be thrown out. We know ya'll take the best things home for yourselves in that sorting room in the back, but at least stop overpricing the mediocre stuff. *Bonus* The books are amazing though!"
"This was my first time at the Goodwill bins. I traveled 2 hours to get there. I brought 2 friends and we all 3 had a blast!! We shopped from 1 o'clock till 7 o'clock. We are planning our next trip back. Wonderful experience!"
