"All the fun and excitement of dumpster diving, but with a timer and competition involved! If this game show of a store sounds like your idea of a good time, then you'll fit right in with the madness. Blue bins of as-is cast-off items from other Goodwills are carted in on the hour, and all shoppers are forced to the side walls while the bins are swapped out, and then, like dogs at the starting mark, people will swarm the floor at the given signal and rabidly sift through the items, some of which may be the perfect find, or might be broken garbage. Gloves and hand sanitizer come highly recommended for sorting through everything, which may or may not be infested with God-knows-what. Everything is sold by the pound, which is fantastic for thrifty, eagle-eyed shoppers looking to cheaply outfit their home or flip on an internet market for a quick few bucks. Recommended spot if you enjoy shopping and/or consumerism spectacle."
"Shallow bins filled with very miscellaneous thrift/resale items. Except for a few large specially priced, everything is weighed in a scale at checkout (in the cart if you are using one). Price as of 04Sep2023 was $1.79 per pound. Employees were all great, some other shoppers were a bit aggressive. Definitely reccomend wearing sturdy work gloves. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with soap which was great for washing hands after shopping."
"Honestly, I try not to leave bad reviews for a place, but this one needs it. I love goodwill outlet stores. I’ve been coming for years. This place has been run to the ground by its customers! I came in with my infant and couldn’t have a cart because the store is allowing people to take as many as they want and fill them and let them sit. The people shopping are beyond rude!! They cannot communicate and refuse to be polite in any way. When I was finally able to get a cart, people would push me out of where I was so they could get into the bin. Like, I get it, but come on. I refuse to come back to this location until there are rules in place and the bins are cleaned up. Would give negative stars if I could."
"Everyone in their mother's uncle's nephew's great grand-niece was there on a Sunday evening 'round 5pm. The place is huge. A lot of bins with clothes (mostly) but also some furniture and misc garage stuff. There were basically no dishes or kitchenware items. They charge $1.79/lb for stuff, unless an item is over 15 lbs then it might be priced differently. I couldn't find very good quality clothes, but that may vary day-to-day. People in there move + dig FAST like they're racing to grab the good stuff... honestly just take your time and hope you find something good. I'd prefer to just go to a regular Goodwill."

"The employees I always nice to me and I always find nice things. The only thing I don't care for is the fact that nothing is on racks and you have to dig through containers to find whatever you're looking for. That's the only reason why I couldn't give it a five-star. It's like a treasure hunt type of atmosphere. But you can find nice things because I definitely did and I do recommend this place. P.s. I also recommend that you wear gloves because you got to search and containers, preferably ones that are cut proof and wear a mask because dust can kind of flare up from it. Otherwise Happy shopping."
"This used to be a great place to find deals. Now it’s overcrowded and they raised the prices again. $1.99/lb. The workers are really mean and scream at people. Today I saw a lady actually pull a woman off the floor with her cart. Yeah, people don’t listen at times, but there’s no need to get physical. Most of the stuff I saw was wet. They allow people to park their carts behind the blue lines, blocking people from being able to wait behind it, but yell at you if you aren’t in the designated areas while they change the bins out. The cashiers are the nicest of them all and some of the greeters but it has really gone downhill and not worth the effort to go."
"Went to this location not too long ago, and I was actually amazed. I've never been inside of a Goodwill Outlet Store before! They do things totally different here. Everything is sold by the weight and reasonable prices as well. Come in on different days and find different things daily. The staff are very helpful and courteous as well."
"First time here. For about 45 minutes every hour employees switch out the rilling tables of random miscellaneous stuff. You pay but the weight $1.75 per pound. In your cart . It takes employees about 15 minutes each hour to quickly cycle the tables. People swarm through the piles . They are having fun. I got 2 items. Also at the far right front side(south) is an Internet outlet storefront. We can guess what it does."

"Store is good but it’s same problem with dang scale due “too much in it” staffing should learn how to use (not the cashiers fault) but the lady in next lane had 2 carts full + someone in front of her and they expected us to wait again in the back of the other lane, that’s my only issue and beside I think staffing should pull us to another lane and get the very little that we had compared to them… not fair for them but it’s also not cool that they weighed it once and it said 12.1LB then on the other was 14.5.. like really?"
"Such a fun shopping experience! The store is clean and bright and the staff is very helpful. I’d bring gloves and hand sanitizer because the items themselves can be gross and some of the people that shop there are vultures, so just be wary of them but overall the place is great."
"dead bugs and mildewy clothes, people shove their carts into u. i was 6 months pregnant and feeling faint BECAUSE THE AC WAS NOT WORKING IN THERE and they told me to stop sitting on one of the chairs, i promise ur 5$ love seat is not being hurt by me sitting there"
"1.99 a pound for cloths meaning you can buy hoodies for all the kids for ruffly $1.50 a peace or jeans you can't beat it"

"I used to enjoy shopping at the Goodwill Outlet, but lately, the experience has gone downhill. It’s frustrating to see groups of teenagers camping out in the store, sitting in a corner with their phones plugged in, just waiting for new bins to hit the floor. The moment fresh items come out, they rush in and grab everything as fast as possible, clearly with the intent to resell online for profit. This takes away from the whole point of thrift shopping—finding unique, affordable items for yourself or your family. Instead, it feels like a race against resellers who have no interest in anything except flipping stuff for money. It’s disappointing to see Goodwill allowing this to happen, making it harder for regular shoppers to find anything worthwhile. I hope management takes steps to address this issue, whether it’s limiting how long people can linger without shopping or enforcing fairer access to new items. Until then, the experience just isn’t what it used to be."
"Moved away to Tennessee 12 years ago and moved back to Evansville someyears ago. I had remembered this goodwill was a well stocked store with good prices and everything was mostly neately shelved and categorized and priced like i remembered goodwill stores are supposed to be. My Grandson came to visit with me last week and we decided to go shopping goodwill stores near me. We walked into this outlet and I was totally horrified! Dirty clothes, broken scattered items, crockery. Things strewn about in huge bins like hog feeding stations. Im so disheartened and disappointed in the way this store is furbished and organized. Besides seeing the outragous way you pay to dump your purcases in a bin to pay by the pound! If this is the future of the goodwills of today, i will now find better places to donate my gently used items and find other thrift outlets that appreciate their customers to purchase from. This was a terrible experience and nearly broke my heart. I remembered this goodwill as a really nice place and now it's like a dump pit for making money off of totally free items people donated from the goodness of their hearts for charity."
"It is totally different then before it has changed alot and you pay by the pound! Not sure how i feel about pilfering through clothes like that!"
"A reseller’s paradise! $1.99 a lb. They bring out new bins/tables throughout the day."

""Bin" to 50+ of these GW outlets. Staying nearby recently. While this is probably THE BEST of nearly all of them. These bins should require customers to take a CLASS ON MANNERS before entry. Basically 1/2 of the customers are comparable to disgusting pigs with their uncomfortable reaching into your personal space. What's worse is they feel ENTITLED to do so. Not only taking your space, but the item you put in the hard work to dig for. When you even politely CORRECT them on their foul behavior, they glitch, like you broke their programming. And in 2020s fashion, do a quick about face to feel as if they are the victim. I'm still working on ways to best stand up for myself. Others should too. It's a problem at most of these type of stores, not unique to this one. It's really twisted how those types are almost all THE SAME everywhere. A fringe stereotype. They have no shame. It must be dreamy to be entitled, not the least bit self-aware, and free of any accountability of their behavior! Some might liken that behavior to animals. Hard to argue that comparison. But Hey....... There is good stuff to be found here of all varieties, book, clothes, toys, vintage - not too much electronics. Staff changes tables at a brisk pace. 3/4 of the cashiers are great. It's draining to be there though."
"I used to come here 20 years ago!!! Tshirt bros act like they own the place. If they don’t know you they will make it clear and announce to everyone that there is a new person and they all squeeze in on you so you can’t move. It’s very aggressive and I had two people grabbing items out of my hand! I will be back with a team as this is how I make my living. So unless you know ball it ain’t worth the hassle"
"Staff are rude - Cleaning guys they are bosing people. Tall cleaning guy is a lady's man , trying pick up lady's all day at work, and shorter cleaning guy are hiding from work talking to lady's to ,do everything accept cleaning. There a groups like gang sticking to each other- working against just a visitor make shopping bad experience ."
"i come here a lot and constantly there is a shortage of bags or NO bags at all. i had to lyft home and was told after i checked out that there was no bags. i had to carry a bunch of clothes in my hands and hope i didnt lose any of it bc it kept dropping. other than that i enjoy it but the lack of bags seriously blows me"

"As far as the outlet stores go this is one of the cleaner buildings. The inventory like all outlets is heavily rotated but seems more shoe and clothing inclined on average. The staff aren't as angry at the world as the rude employees at other outlets around the city tend to act if you need help. If you've never been to an outlet the way things work may surprise you. Don't expect the typical layout of aisles of shelving filled with hard goods and racks of clothing to select from. Instead youll find perfectly aligned rows of picnic table sized rolling shallow walled bins. The only seperation comes in bins of shoes, bins of books, and bins with things made of fabrics i.e. clothing towels bedding and such. The rest of the bins will be an assortment of anything and everything from angel figurines to zoology encyclopedias. im always surprised by at least one item that you never would have expected. There's lots of things just dumped into each bin so bring gloves so the random broken or sharp edge doesnt turn your hunt for a goodie into a search for a bandaid. The pricing like all outlets is one set price per pound. With the exception of large items like couches riding mowers weight benches etc. which are in a section of their own and individually priced. The pic ive added is one of those wow finds my mom ordered the same picture and payed over $100 before shipping so i had to rub it in a little that i found it for only a few dollars. Happy hunting"
"teen here, im writing on my dads account. I personally found so many good finds and there's a huge selection of sizes throughout the bins. my dad and I were greeted with an amazing worker who told us what all the bins were. amazing people, I even made a new friend !! :3 very cheap too. I got many things and it was almost 9 dollars. In total. they weigh by pounds, its amazing!! I would totally recommend, especially if it's your first time visiting a goodwill outlet. a must visit store in indy!!"
"Great prices, decent quality, and the outlet store behind this store has huge bins of products you can purchase for under $2 per pound (but you have to dig to find the bargains). I got a pair of nice sleep pants and HDMI cable at the main store and a knit jacket and shorts at the outlet store and paid under $7 for all of that. If you don't mind spending the time, you are sure to find a bargain here."
"There were live roaches in the bin. I have been here before but first time for live roaches. Usually it's personal information in the bins but now it's automated belts bringing the items out with live roaches. Disgusting. It took them forever to change out the belts. They would play with the items on the belt (like the guy in this picture played with the water gun) they only made some people stand behind the blue line, but some people the ignored them and just told some to stand behind the line. They are paying a lot of folks to stand around"
