"I used to enjoy shopping at the Goodwill Outlet, but lately, the experience has gone downhill. It’s frustrating to see groups of teenagers camping out in the store, sitting in a corner with their phones plugged in, just waiting for new bins to hit the floor. The moment fresh items come out, they rush in and grab everything as fast as possible, clearly with the intent to resell online for profit. This takes away from the whole point of thrift shopping—finding unique, affordable items for yourself or your family. Instead, it feels like a race against resellers who have no interest in anything except flipping stuff for money. It’s disappointing to see Goodwill allowing this to happen, making it harder for regular shoppers to find anything worthwhile. I hope management takes steps to address this issue, whether it’s limiting how long people can linger without shopping or enforcing fairer access to new items. Until then, the experience just isn’t what it used to be."

"Moved away to Tennessee 12 years ago and moved back to Evansville someyears ago. I had remembered this goodwill was a well stocked store with good prices and everything was mostly neately shelved and categorized and priced like i remembered goodwill stores are supposed to be. My Grandson came to visit with me last week and we decided to go shopping goodwill stores near me. We walked into this outlet and I was totally horrified! Dirty clothes, broken scattered items, crockery. Things strewn about in huge bins like hog feeding stations. Im so disheartened and disappointed in the way this store is furbished and organized. Besides seeing the outragous way you pay to dump your purcases in a bin to pay by the pound! If this is the future of the goodwills of today, i will now find better places to donate my gently used items and find other thrift outlets that appreciate their customers to purchase from. This was a terrible experience and nearly broke my heart. I remembered this goodwill as a really nice place and now it's like a dump pit for making money off of totally free items people donated from the goodness of their hearts for charity."

"I used to come here to find good deals on house goods, and clothing. Now it’s just “pods” heed with clothes and other junk. I’m not wasting my time digging through someone else’s trash. I’ll go to the other Goodwill instead that still has normal clothing racks and prices on their items."

"I've been a supporter and frequenter of Goodwill stores for 20 plus years , I don't know if there's been new managemant or the bottom line on their quarterly bonus is the most important thing or what . It seems like in the last year , the only way I know how to put it is , ' The stores's have gone to hell ! It looks like someone issued a memo " nothing hits the dumpster !" Smack a $ 3.95 sticker on everything ! It looks like a bomb went off in the trashiest rummage sale in the trashiest trailer park in town and landed in Goodwill ! I've been to the new store twice and I won't be back ..you are higher than WaMart on what is basically junk ! I wouldn't give you $ 10.00 for everything in your new store . You don't even have signs' for " Mens' , Womens" , everything is scattered and disorganized .You have ruined the Goodwill experience .. So long !"
