"I had a really fun time scavenger hunting here! The facility was clean, and the employees were all super friendly! I understand the rules for no kids under 16 because there are things that get broken, and if you're digging, your kiddo could get hurt! I wore gloves so that I didn't find any glass unexpectedly. I also didn't mind wearing closed toed shoes since things can fall if 2 people are digging in the same area. There are some priced things like books are priced each (I think it was .25 cents each) which is awesome since books are heavy and if by the pound, would cost an outrageous amount! I drove a long way to get there, but if I lived closer, this would be a bi-weekly store for sure!! Pictured is the super cute, brand new purse I found there!"
"One of the best bins experiences! And I've been to a lot! No children, no open toe shoes. Things are far more organized than other bins. Very clean (as clean as a bins experience can be!) price per pound was 1.80 (or 1.82?) which is less than those around me. I'll drive the 2 hrs just to shop here."
"Worst place I’ve ever been to. No where online does it say no open toed shoes on there website. Drove 4 hours to go her for my Grandma’s bucket list and was told we couldn’t shop. Was told there was a sign on front door. Was threatened if we didn’t leave cops would be called and we would be escorted off property like they had done the others over the past 2 weeks. Sign said no children but there was children in there with parents when that was brought up on how they were allowed Blondish hair colored supervisor grabbed my wrist and said you need to leave Now. The concern with opened toed shoes was said to be because of glass on floors. I then said well what about your hand reaching into the bins. Was told had to use common sense when digging in bins. I said really how do you suppose that arms legs feet etc would be protected by anything other than glass proof clothing. From what I seen in short time I was there wasn’t impressed just upset that I couldn’t fulfill my grandma’s bucket list. I’ve never been around such rude frontline people ever including the short guy upfront that ran to get his supervisor. I should’ve had the cops come out to press charges for her assault as I know there not allowed to touch you."
"Ok so if you think this is the ordinary Goodwill....you're wrong. This place is an unorganized disaster. Digging through items on flat tables. Im not saying you won't find some good items but this is like the left overs from all the stores dumped out for you to dig through before it goes to the landfill. Have fun."

"I was pleased to hear of the opening of a Goodwill Outlet (aka “The Bins”) in the Chicagoland area. This is not your typical Goodwill experience, be prepared to dig through literal mountains of clothing to find things you like. I’m docking one star because of the parking lot. For the size of this place, the parking lot should be bigger. On a Tuesday late morning, every spot was taken and I had to park along the side of the lot. Many people seem to hang around for hours for the rotation of the bins. When they bring out new bins, people wait until they are all out before digging through the new pile of clothing. People have multiple carts filled with items. Likely many are resellers, but you can still find some quality items, some even new with tags. The items seemed to be about as clean as your average Goodwill store, but there were a lot of clothes with stains, which seemed more than average. Just make sure you inspect your items carefully and you’ll be fine. I would recommend visiting the Goodwill Outlet!"
"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Treasure Hunt for the Patient Shopper 🛒🧤 This Goodwill Outlet is actually a great spot if you know what to expect. Everything is in large bins, so you’ll need to be patient and ready to dig, it’s like a treasure hunt! Most of the items are clothes, and with a little time and effort, you can score some amazing deals. A few tips from experience: ✔️ Bring gloves (trust me) ✔️ Wash your hands after ✔️ Don’t leave any personal items on your cart ✔️ Keep your cart with you at all times, some people will not think twice about taking it or rummaging through it It can get crowded and competitive, but if you go in with the right mindset, it’s worth it. Definitely a goldmine for thrifters on a budget. 💸👕💼"
"Goodwill on steroids... The staff was excellent, professional, and super helpful, but unfortunately, that was the highlight for me. First off, adjust your expectations. This isn't like any other Goodwill. Second, the clothes are in bins, and you have to dig through them, so bring gloves. Third, it was a huge mess, and nothing seemed organized, with higher prices than my local Goodwill."
"Very fun experience digging through the bins and searching for hidden treasures! My friend and I went and had fun watching the resellers go crazy when they roll out the "new" bins every so often. If you stay away from the crowd, you'll have personal space and be able to dig through the bins for a while, but if you go to where the new stuff is when it's being brought out, you'll be amongst others who are aggressively digging and throwing things everywhere. Not a fan of the resellers sitting by the entrance/exit and live streaming loudly, but it was definitely a fun experience and the employees were very friendly and helpful!"
