"It is Goodwill, how do you rate Goodwill? I had just enough room to move up and down the isles in my wheelchair. Luckily my chair has a power lift function so I could just reach halfway across the blue bins. I would suggest gloves and a long and sturdy grabber if I ever go back to a Goodwill that you buy by the pound, first experience. Goodwill was extremely ADA-accessible in Arkansas! I did have an issue in the parking lot with a motorcyclist that thinks the van access stripes are made for his bike. It required us to back out into traffic to load/unload my chair. Look at the photos, someone knows this guy... isn't a good look for fellow bikers."
"I have been to many outlets but this is the closest one to me and by far the best I have been too. I have not been to one thats even half the size of this outlet so it would be interesting to know where the biggest one is located. It is for the best of the best treasure hunters and not for the faint of heart. It's dirty, grimy and a million other things. The Goodwill team has been changing things up...bathrooms are cleaner, more chairs to take a break in, a faster rotation schedule, more employees to handle the crowds. Please don't be upset because things are broken or in a wad because the number of items they are processing in a day is astronomical. They cannot control people breaking items or being aggressive when employees are not watching....there are all kinds of people coming in that store and they do the best they can to keep it drama free - best case - prepare yourself to walk away. They are usually going so fast they go right over things, I promise you there will still be plenty of clothes to pick through. I bring my own cart & chair so that I know I have one, a first aid kit with band-aids, sanitizer, batteries, etc. I have never known them to cheat anyone...as a matter of fact, the employees they put on the cash register generally have the patience of saints....they are always happy to re-weigh it if you feel like something is off...the scales are right where you can see them and the prices are clearly posted. That's not to say somethings are not worth buying because of the weight...a concrete planter is going to be high, bowling balls, etc but there is not one bit of shady going on. If I had a recommendation it would be for heavy items in one bin with special pricing on that too. Might keep a lot of other stuff from being broken but that's all I have, keep up the good work Little Rock!"
"I counted 170 bins. Over 20 was just shoes. I was able to get through all the wares before seeing a reset, just 6 bins at a time. Personally found nearly nothing, and released back what I had rather than stand in line. I'm starting to rethink my "more bins = better outlet" assumption."
"Digging for treasures and watching people!! Bring you some gloves and come rescue something from the landfill. Crafters- omg!! It’s craft heaven. Is it clean? Nope! Is it fun? YEP!! Almost as good as dinner and a movie!! Come get you some!! Book people- BOOKS!!!!!!!"
