"(Review of the bins side) I have been going to this location for five years at least once a week and there has been a definite change in the worst direction here. Had an employee come to me and say I could not buy a laptop that I found in one their bins, I’m assuming because they realize they messed up and could make more money on their web, worst experience I’ve had in a while and sadly not the only one at this location. They do one rotation an hour at their bins side, fill the bins barely and are surprised when people are done in five minutes. They barely put clothes out and sometimes none which is wild because 70 percent of their audience wants cloths and not baby toys that are wet and disgusting or lead painted ceramics. Save some time, go to the hernando bins thirty minutes away, you’ll thank me later. This location hates making money or is just extremely poorly managed, I don’t understand why someone would take something from me and say they can’t sell it and also not giving a reason. The check out clerks are always very nice. This store surely need new management. If they want to make money, maybe sell the items you get to you, you know, donated for free, and don’t create terrible shopping experiences. Never going back"
"So sad! Used to be the place to go...until management in store changed.(per the cashier) She wants to charge target prices for stuff they get for FREE!!!!!Also, the only people making it through Goodwill is the ones behind the desk!!!! So disappointed in this store!"
"The employees were all SO nice. My daughter and I encountered an employee before we even went inside. She was leaving for the day and greeted us as we walked in and her out. She was so friendly. My daughter wanted some "vintage" t-shirts and has been asking to go. The lady at the register was super nice and told me next time to double check what color tag it was for the week because none of the things I got were that color (it is my fault. I didn't know or read the sign st the entrance, haven't been to a Goodwill in years). The prices were a little steep for some items. The color tag for the week makes them 50% off, but most of the shirts didn't have that color tag anyway. We ended up getting like 7 shirts, 1 pair of jeans, 2 sweatpants, a Christmas decoration countdown sign, a cute little room plaque, and a roll around metal cart for our hair stuff and spent $60 bucks. Not bad, but most shirts were $6-$7. A few were $2. Some of the housewares and miscellaneous stuff were a little pricey. We didn't get a chance to check out the bins. But we will definitely try and make this a monthly trip, especially with how nice the ladies were - that makes all the difference in where we like to go. I work in a dental office, and people HATE the dentist. I try to make it a fun experience, so at least coming isn't all bad! I really appreciate good vibes in places!"
"Each visit is a treasure hunt for me. I never know what unexpected gem I'll find. The store is well organized and clean. Clothes are sorted by type (short sleeve, long sleeve, sleeveless) then by size. The knick knacks and books are fun to shop too."
