"This Goodwill outlet is a scam. I have frequently donated at this goodwill and never donated broken item. They get free donations for everything and still sell those items for expensive price. The sell broken items to you and won’t even let you return it or offer exchange or refund even when you have bought them for expensive price because of their dubious policy. I have gotten expensive items at goodwill and went home only to find out it it’s broken. They don’t scrutinize the donated items to see if it’s broken or bad, all they care is to sell it and make money. It’s currently also a dumping ground for people and goodwill will just sell those things no matter how bad they are. I bought vacuum cleaner and clipper on to get home and they were broken. This is not the first time it’s happening to me Give me back my money, or give me a good item.I feel scammed !"

"My wife and I came in today and I'm a confused on a few things. Correct me if I'm wrong. But aren't all the rotations supposed to be done? Meaning the clothes, shoes, books should be rotated as NEW and not half done. Meaning only taking out half of the items( shoes, purses etc books and sometimes clothes) and so call adding the new on top of the old. We are not the only customers that notices the difference. Now I must add this only happens when as I was told David works alone. Today all of the clothes rotations weren't done. To my knowledge only one shoe rotation was done. And the books were half done. The cashier stated he said he had done them but I know it wasn't true because I visited yesterday. The other worker Monica works EXCELLENT even when she's alone. The only negative part is she shows favoritism towards certain people. And it's obvious. I was told they are buying her lunch for shoes which I thought was hilarious. All I know if you come after 3 you will get the best of the best maybe. Her and husband grabs like it's a race. They have 2-3 bins full how is that possible? And no they don't even buy them all. So we the customers sit and wait to see what they put back. Is that fair? Also can who ever that is in management help the employees with discipline in the store. You have kids running around as if it's a playground. And can we please have the buggy's back !!!"

"Who ever is over this establishment doesn't care about this store itself at all. I have personally made several complaints to all the managers from John, Ed, Jeff and Amber. I even emailed as they say to the cooperate. I and a few others even stopped coming to this location because nothing was changing and yet still haven't. I recently came back about 2 months ago with my mom and wasn't pleased at all. My mom was trying to look at a pair of shoes and this lady by the name of Rosa snatched it out of my mom hands. Yes we exchanged words. Her and her boyfriend Jose always cause some commotion in this store. And NOTHING has been done about it. ( I asked a familiar customer did she know their names ). I was told they have had several complaints from everything that I'm stating and warnings but yet they are still allowed in this store. They push their way through the doors in the morning RUNNING. I've seen them deliberately hold items away from other customers just to be mean towards them. 3 years ago Jose even had a knife and slashed a pair of shoes to keep this customer from getting it. And you mean to tell me that's okay? A weapon. And not to mention they have been caught stealing numerous of times. The management is definitely aware of their behavior. What does it really take for them to be banned from this location? Also It's sad to see the employee's can't do their job due to the customers NOT abiding by the RULES. The accessories bin, shoe bin, clothes bin and etc the employees can't even push them on the floor in its place or secure it before they raid it. Other bin locations has a rule to where you stand behind a line until its secured or the items are placed for proper sale. At this location ( Greensprings) I've seen people get hit, pushed, and even hit with the bin. And this happens at every rotation. And not to mention AGAIN you have 2 particular customers that just takes over. And speaks rudely towards the employees and customers. But in Spanish. I personally speak Spanish so I understand them although I'm Caucasian. I have had a few conversations with them just hear what they have to say and its all negative. The harassment they do to the employees is just pathetic. It's 3 employees they are really targeting and I wanted to let them know it but I don't want to cause confusion because I don't know how they would react. These employees are actually nice and helpful from my encounters. What's more important your employees or the customer's that's causing issues ? This is the most laid back bin but the most unorganized bin I've been too. Atleast the customer's abide by the rules at the others. I enjoy coming here because it's it's closer to home and for my mom outing but I wish things would change and certain customers who disrupts the environment wouldn't be allowed. I took this time out to hopefully get this message to someone who would make a difference. Time will tell."

"We went today and had a great experience. At the front is an actual Goodwill store. Then for the outlet/ bins part of Goodwill you drive around to the back of the building. The staff was so nice and very helpful while we were shopping at the store. The outlet was overall clean and smaller than some of the other places we have been. However not saying anything negative about that just noticed. The staff and shoppers at this outlet were both helpful and polite. We have been at outlets before where you might get elbowed in the face. Not here a nice relaxed setting. We will definitely go back."
