"My second time here.....no complaints, but not the best place for me as an online reseller. Everyone waits and swarms to the new bins rolled out every 10 minutes or so throughout the day. The items are being liquidated from goodwill stores in the area that have not sold on their shelves. Prices are confusing somewhat. They weigh the household items per pound purchase, I think was 1 dollar per pound. As well as the textiles or clothing. Certain items you pay separately, like shoes are 3.75, I paid 3 dollars each for new in bag incontinence wraps for adults to resell. Cds and dvds are still 1 dollar each. Prices not too terrible, but why not just charge everything per pound. Those shoes should not be 3.75, most are dirty and not much value left in them, they didn't sell on your shelves to begin with. Not sure how much books are going for. They did have alot of those, I hope they also charge a reasonable amount like no more than 25 cents, but I'm sure it's more. Be reasonable, Goodwill, in your stuff that didn't sell at your thrift stores. I guarantee mostly everyone at your outlet are resellers. It has to make financial sense, to be able to make some profit on these " misfit toys " items that were not sold in your stores."
"Love going to local Goodwill to check out what they have. Sometimes, I am looking for a particular item, and sometimes, I am just there to see what treasure I will stumble on. Tonight, I was there to see if I could fund any toddler toys. Serious score!!! There were a lot of educational toddler toys there. All of the toys were reasonably priced. They were all in good condition. I ended up getting 15 interactive toddler toys. Some were from leap frog. The staff was curious. This is a very large store, probably one of the largest I've seen. The restroom was clean."
"This is a really good low price store. I really like the concept to help people. You can find a lot of good clothes. The store looks very good, clean and the employees are friendly. Add to my shopping list 🙃🙂 you can find furniture too and more. …"
"This was a my second time coming here, first time I bought a computer and second time I bought some clothes. Not only are the prices pretty good, but the staff are also very friendly. Highly recommend this if you're in the Hampton Roads region, y'all will not regret it."
