"I enjoy coming here and digging through the bins. The staff is kind and it's fun to dig. The rotations are messy, though. The staff needs more support/better policies in regards to putting out new bins. The shoppers can be very rude when new items come out, and don't listen to staff telling them to wait until all bins are placed. They even mock the staff. At other Goodwill bin stores they will line people up far away from the new bins in "time out" until they are set in place, and pick people from the line randomly, 1 to a bin at first, then let others join after the first minute or so. I'd love to see a policy like that adopted here."
"I didn’t realize that there were both a retail store & outlet at this location. The store was clean and somewhat organized. The prices were pricier than what I’m used to in Wake/Nash counties. The clothes had colored tags on them but there were no specials according to one of the employees. The outlet section was a little overwhelming to shop but you get more bang for your buck. The cons were that everything is in wide bins, not organized at all, and some of the items were very worn or had a bad smell. I want to go back when I set aside more time to look and I will definitely bring gloves."
"The "buy by the pound" deal is really nice! I got quite a bit for such a low price! The only thing I didnt like in that part of the Goodwill is the unorganization.... I found so many good condition shoes for my kids, but couldnt for the life of me find any of the matches! 😭 I also wish the clothes were sorted at least by gender if not by size... I guess that's why its low priced tho, you dig thru the mixed bins yourself. The store part is very organized and nice however! I will definitely be back, the staff was so nice too! 🙌🙌❤"
"Ok thrift store. Not a lot of quality stuff, and the prices aren't listed anywhere. I even heard another woman asking someone shopping how to find the prices, so it wasn't just me! Seems like they get overstock new items, so you could get lucky. They had a ton of brand new hiking boots when I went."
