"It's a bit different than what I'm accustomed to. They have a process. Unlike the other outlets, this one has a cart rotation every half hour. All the items are carted off into their warehouse and new carts are brought it for customers to sift through. While that's done everyone must stand with their carts behind a red line and wait for the coordinator to explain the rules of conduct as things can get hectic when the bell rings and everyone dashes towards the merchandise. One major issue I found was with the hygiene and cleanliness standard. The clothes and items are NOT washed and items are haphazardly strewn about. I found food items and broken ceramic in some bins. Not safe or sanitary. Bring gloves and a disposable face mask."
"Shopping here is a sociological experience! It's definitely not for everyone. If you need clean, organized, uncrowded, hassle free shopping, you should stay away. But if you enjoy the "hunt," interaction with people from different cultures and backgrounds and real bargains, check out this place. Goods are sold by weight. Consider wearing gloves or bring hand sanitizer to use after you rummage through the bins. What fun!"
"i’ve been coming here for about a year and the rules have changed almost every other month, with being able to have your shopping cart during rotation then not having it. and just recently now you have to check out after each rotation. even though when we were yelled at by one of the lady’s to check out, we asked a different lady who checked us out if we had to and she said no. they can’t make up their mind on the rules. but still we checked out and as me and my mom were trying to walk back to the car she almost got run over since they let the people rush to the bins even though my dad was still checking out. and they still allow people to hoard bags and bags of clothes into their shopping cars. i used to love going to this place but this time just left a bad taste in my mouth, we have been so sweet and understanding with the workers and we used to go every Saturday but no more."
"I have a lot of fun here! You never know the items you will get from the bins for less than $2 per Ib. It's worth the experience and time, if you love the hunt!. Some days are good and some are not. The customer service from the current team/management is excellent (Nancy, Emily, Logan, Mike).. are doing a phenomenal job. Couldn't get any better!! Since covid they have a new shopping style and restrictions You get 45 seconds to rummage through each 3"x6" bin before the bell rings and you move to the next bin, until you've gone through all the bins in each section (Wares on one end and Clothing on the other)."
