"Very bad, highest price per pound I’ve ever seen at a Goodwill Outlet, rotation is not within the realm of being comparable to any Goodwill Outlet I’ve ever entered in the country, so slow infact that they will not remember which bin was last rotated, which means everything in the last rotated bin has been picked through by everyone entering the store for the last 24-48 hours, which means you will find nothing of value here for less than you pay at any other outlet, the Goodwill retail store down the street is not better, they’ve pulled anything good before putting it on the floor. I’ve unsuccessfully tried to find anything of value at either many times, skip these."

"I had a lot of fun at this store. You have to go in having time to spend, because all of the items are dumped onto big tables, and you have to pick through them. They weigh your goods and charge you by the pound. So I got a huge bag of shirts and dresses for the same price as my sister paid for a few pairs of jeans, because the jeans ended up being a lot heavier. I did end up finding quite a few higher-end pieces by digging through the bins. I was really happy with what I ended up with. Also, I did not see a fitting room so I did my best to just try stuff on over what I was wearing, and for the most part that worked out."

Kaley Anne

"Dont waste your time. Everything piled on tables to dig through... like the outlet bins... but not the outlet prices! No kind of order. They wanted $8 for a used candle."

Melissa Muskovin

"I really loved digging through the bins. I found many many great items. I did have quite a few things. So when it came to checking out, problems. I was trying to help out and hold things and get them so they could be weighed. The customer service employee was very rude and short. He obviously didn't like his job very much. His name is JJ. I've worked in customer service all my life. Never have I ever treated customers the way I was treated. We will be there again. Hope customer service will be much better. See you soon with a smile on my face."

"Amazing experience! A few pro tips: 1. Be prepared to spend the day or a big chunk of times. New bins are rotated slowly so come knowing if you want to find treasures you have to stick around. 2. Bring gloves! The bins are random and there’s a good chance that there’s sharp stuff inside. 3. If you want clothes - wear something you can try on over. 4. If a bin is covered - don’t touch it! Wait until the sheet is removed otherwise you will get yelled at. Stand in the circle around the bin and when the sheet is removed it’s fair game!"

"This is the first Goodwill store that I’ve seen that sells by the pound, they have floor scales at the checkout that you push your cart onto, most items are $1.49 per pound, books are 39cents per pound and I forget what glassware is per pound ,furniture is individually priced and not sold by the pound but they had end tables for $10 and couches and chairs for five to twenty dollars each.it was interesting and I got two nice outdoor lounge chair cushions that were clean and they matched, only cost me $6.00 for the pair, they cost about $40 dollars each at places like Walmart so I got a great deal and an interesting experience."

"This is a unique thrift store because it is basically made up of several large tables with items thrown on top. Nothing is organized at all so it is kind of a fun experience to go in and sort through the mess looking for treasures. Make sure to bring some disposable gloves because it’s a little mucky sometimes. Grab a cart and check out by weight instead of individual prices. I like the treasure hunt factor and it’s also cheap. I have found some very cool things here such as a brand new goose down king size luxury comforter, which was most likely upwards of $400 in a department store. I have found authentic Guess bags and tons of throw rugs and pillows. Also children’s toys and books are abundant. If you’re looking for clothing this is probably not the best place for that. Lots of home decor and craft supplies. It’s a fun experience and I would recommend for anyone who enjoys thrifting.."

"I am a local Reseller and come to this place consistency the source new inventory for my products. The major issue at this location is that this Goodwill lacks consistency and professionalism. Management is in charge of pricing items that come out in the bins. Pricing on these items are not consistent and contribute to the frequency. One day you have an item price that a certain amount items is not pricing now required to weigh. Management and works talks to customers while bins are coming out instead of pricing items this locations lacks an efficient pricing structure on heavy objects / frequently bought products they sell shoes at $1 but require you to pay weight for sport shoes like skates blades snow boots etc that don’t make sense at also along with not pricing heavy objects in bins constantly as they should which resort either overpaying an objects that on other days we will play a reasonable amount for or objects being left and resulting being trashed or recycled"

"I love the goodwill bins! I always find stuff for my kitchen, my kids or other family members. They price per pound so that’s what makes it so affordable, I hope they never change that because I love being able to find stuff for other people as well! I’m not a reseller but watch out because there’s resellers that go here and they act like animals hunting prey when the employees bring out the new bins. They literally sit there all day 9-5. 😂🤦‍♀️ it’s ridiculous and kinda sad!"

""The Bins" are so much fun to experience! If you like to dig for treasures this is the place. Go early, grab the first cart you see, and don't leave your empty cart unattended or it will be taken. "The Bins" are located in a big warehouse, the ceilings are high and the room seems big until it gets busy, then it can make it hard to get around. The checkout line can be long at times but the wait isn't long at all. Go with friends and go crazy digging through the bins looking for items (you probably don't need) but you have to have them because you are caught up in the frenzy and on a serotonin high. The prices are inexpensive. The staff are very nice, professional and eager to help. The clothing bins have a wide variety of clothes for young children to adults. Everyone should experience "The Bins" at least once. You never know what you'll find at the "The Bins"! (Not sure why the pictures were duplicated.)"

"I love this place. It's everything you would expect at a Goodwill Bins. The chaos and energy of being able to hunt for treasure. For the most part, I find the regular customers friendly and chatty. The store employees are friendly and helpful. I've purchased a few larger items and staff have been kind enough to help me with loading the items in my car. This is one of the only outlets in Michigan and I hope it always remains open and available for the public. Thank you!"
