"This was my first visit, and it was an interesting experience. I didn't find the clothes in the bins excemptly cheap, especially considering how much digging is required to find decent items. The lady at the cash register was not very helpful, and seemed annoyed I didn't understand the check-out process. They need more shopping carts considering you must have one to check out."
"Wonderful staff, clean bathrooms and break rooms. Security guard very pleasant and greets when you enter and exit store. Fast check out. Good will outlet brings bins out every 30 minutes. I drove in from out of town and was very pleased. I wish I could do it everyday. Very helpful staff with me as a new customer. Great life time experience. I have encouraged many people to go to the outlet. I wish they would have more outlets."
"Not really a goodwill like we up north have. One side was like a junk store you dig through used clothes. The other side was new stuf."
"I go to goodwill at LEAST once a week. I heard they do shop by the pound here so I gave it a shot. Keep in mind this is my FIRST time there and I’m not aware of the standard when they bring new bins out. They brought out new bins so I started going through it. Well, admittedly, I didn’t hear the lady say to me that I had to wait so she comes and pushes my shoulder and stops me and very rudely says that I had to wait. I’m all for waiting m, that’s fine but to put your hands on me? I don’t think so. Why don’t they just gather up multiple employees to bring bins out? Common sense here. That way you can have majority of them set and gone through right away. I didn’t get the name but she was African American with very very short red hair and a very very big attitude problem. I should have left my basket and left but I ended up going on to spend a good 57$ here."
