"I’ll give them credit for having a good location. It’s much more convenient for me to drive to this one compared to the Henrietta bin store. However, Goodwill Buffalo is known to sift through their donations to find valuable items. They put those valuable items up for auction on the Shop Goodwill website before they place the remaining items into their retail stores. My best guess is that not only are the items pre-sorted before they even get to the normal stores, not only are the items that show up at this bin store poor sellers from the normal stores, but on top of this, I do believe that the items are sorted through AGAIN for value before being placed in this bin store. On a positive note, the items that don’t sell at the bin stores are actually (and finally) donated to those who are less fortunate. And for what its worth, the shoppers were a bit friendlier here compared to some of the other bin stores I’ve visited. Don’t get me started on Indianapolis. But from a reseller’s standpoint, the selection of items is severely lacking at this location. Isn’t that the whole point of having the bin stores? Resellers are the most frequent customers of bin stores, from what I’ve noticed over the years. Not helping is the fact that bins are rotated MUCH less frequently at this location compared to other Goodwill bin stores. The Henrietta Goodwill bin store, last I checked, has much more competition than this store does in terms of resellers who show up to that location every day to hunt for valuable items, but in my opinion, you’re much more likely to find valuable items at the Henrietta location compared to this location. Did I mention that the open hours are awful at this location, too?"
"If you’re looking to go goodwill bin shopping, this is your place. Lots to dig through but definitely can get overwhelming. If you have the time to dig, you can find some good items. We did find a newer iPad! Definitely bring gloves and be careful of broken glass and knives."
"I’ve been to multiple “bins” locations and this is by far the calmest and friendliest location that I have visited. The other shoppers are friendly and the staff are helpful and eager to solve any issues. However be aware, this isn’t traditional goodwill shopping. Everything is in bins, so you’re basically digging (literally) for treasure. And the price is based on weight."
"I love this location only thing I have to add is please go back to the putting more clothing in bins like you used to . More chances of getting more items. The last few months have not been able to get as much . Last week 2 days they went back to the fuller bins I bought at least twice as much .I talked to a bunch of people that were there and we all loved it … I go to this location at least 2 to 3 times a week and when bins were brought out emptier I didn’t purchase that much .. Please keep the fuller bins. Most of the people complaining don’t want to put in the work to dig thru to find stuff ."
