"First, let me say that the employees here are wonderful and helpful. The "bins" are horrendous. The "bins" here are not the traditional "bins" seen at other Goodwill Outlets (the blue ones) but instead are giant cardboard boxes that are typical of what a stove may be shipped in. I'd guess they are about 5 feet tall (since they are on pallets) and about 3 feet square. Full of clothes, shoes, hangers, trash bags, sheets and everything else, they are very hard to maneuver. They do provide a few plastic steps (some are broken) but even at that, you can't get much further than 2/3 down into the boxes. Thank goodness one gentleman that works there gave me a claw to maneuver through. I could reach the bottom. I go to bins all the time and sadly won't be back to this location. Too difficult to find anything. Very sad..."

"This location is mainly shopped by resellers and families that want to save. The staff treat everyone accordingly. Always friendly and helpful. There are lots of regulars that shop daily. Most people are looking for particular items. Being a regular you get a sense of who’s looking for what. Many platform resellers come daily and a great place to network if your looking to sell online. Be mindful that it does get aggressive at times. Lots of grabbing, tight spaces, crowds around new bins. everyone wants to dig in new bins (remember this is how some people make a living by reselling items from those bins). I wouldn’t recommend bringing children, it’s not kid friendly or safe. Discount days are Monday and Thursday."

"DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION!! First of all after the 1st pic, the next 8 pics and video taken are NOT of this location. This is false advertisement and not the location of the store, not sure what they’re trying to gain here (VERY deceitful) this store is not nearly that clean! Not surprising, considering management which is horrible! I went there this past weekend and witnessed the suppose to be manager walking around screaming and scowling people randomly, as if she’s policing the store Instead of going through pallets in the back boxes & FILLING UP the BINS for the customers that are there to purchase items. Believe every other comment about this woman she is all that and then some, just despicable! The bins are NEVER full, i’ve been here prior to this horrible manager and it seem to be OK but ever since she came on board it appears these bins are cherry picked and EMPTY to be called an OUTLET! Not to mention, the rotation of changing out the bins is a joke. Once a day. When they are changed out a new bin comes out with 10 or so items in it and not worth anyone’s time looking through. I’ve gone to other outlets and they are overflowing this is very unprofessional corporate needs to get involved! I agree with every other comment regarding this location either close it or get a new manager, this is disgraceful and sickening I will not be coming back to this location and implore anyone that reads this don’t waste your time, you will be disappointed on top of being disgusted at this woman running this location. When you step in there you will know who she is right away because she is the most horrible rude unprofessional an unhappy person that I’ve ever seen at an establishment! I will drive five hours to another Goodwill outlet rather then come back to this one! If I could give negative stars it would be a -1000!!"

"It was really a neat experience! Unlike most Goodwill or Salvation Army stores with the items hung up, in shelves etc everything is simply dumped into massive blue bins to just rummage thru & find treasure lol Only thing I was confused about was the checkout process. I ended up only getting a sweater for my wife & the signs all said $1⁶⁹/pound. This very lightweight size small/medium sweater with nothing on it like metal buttons or design accessories came to $1⁹⁰. Weighed it on my digital kitchen scale & it was 5.8oz or 164 grams meaning it should've been $0.61 or with tax of 6% the total would be $0.65 Very confusing right? Perhaps there's some kind of secret one item only cost they didn't want to tell us about lol Just wanted everyone to be aware that the pricing is definitely wonky but there's certainly some neat stuff to be found."
