"Went to Goodwill Outlet and while normally my visits are positive, I do not need someone making a running commentary on what I pick up that is potentially counterfeit or not counterfeit. Other people should mind their own business. I do not ask for other people's opinions, nor do I make comments about what they are grabbing in the bins. I am capable of determining the condition and authentication of something. I wish others would mind their own business in that respect. Also please ask people to stop parking on the side of the parking lot near the street. It is difficult to see around cars to pull out to get on the street. And it's always the same guy doing it. He drives an older spray painted green truck with skull and crossbones on the doors. Kids playing on the floor create a hazard. Don't let customers permit their kids to play on the floors. It's dangerous. Back to our regularly scheduled positive days at GWO. Thanks!"

"Marilyn at the front was extremely unprofessional today. Did not see the best side of her. Went in just to look and haven’t been here to many times so did not know exactly how things worked. I Don’t understand when people stopped communicating with one another. The customer service just was not there. She said she “hates when people try to tell her how to do her job” well I hate I made her feel that way. I’m just dumb and didn’t know how the lbs and weight works. Other than that it’s a lot of junk sometimes you can find some decent clothes but wear gloves and there aren’t many people working that are able to help or want to help so just be prepared to fend for yourself."

"They fired the assistant manager, John. He was always just a joy to be around. He made the customers want to go there, because he was funny and very personable. I guess that they don't like that at goodwill. It's a good place to go if you don't mind digging through stuff. The prices are a bit insane for some of it, though. The clothing really should be cheaper. It's a bit ridiculous when the goodwill stores charge about $5.99 for Levi's jeans and the bin store is charging about $5.00 for a pair due to the weight. I also think that it's ridiculous that the manager would rather the heavier stuff go into the compactor than let somebody have it at a decent price. All in all, I go there for the customers and some of the workers and to maybe try my luck at finding something that I like."

"I found a few like new women boots, sneakers and household items, and I paid $15 for them. There are plenty of junks, but you just got to shift through the pile and find those treasure, which is the thrill of coming to bin place like this. 2 bins full of stuff come out every 10 minutes to swap out the old ones, filled with children's toys, bags, baskets and deco. There are shoppers who are bit aggressive trying to get the first dip, but you can always tell them to back off if they come to close to you. I will be back."
