"This is the most poorly run and inconsistent goodwill outlet I’ve been to. Machines will break and clothing rotations will stop for the whole day. The regular customers will pre-dig and the workers will get mad and stop rotations to “punish” the customers, which means even the people who follow the rules are punished as well. Ultimately, the blame should be placed on the workers/management because they can’t enforce and keep consistent rules. I’ve been to over 10 goodwill outlets and they’re able to keep rotations going while having consistent rules. Don’t go to this place unless you want workers to scowl at you and find any excuse possible to not rotate."

"Had to edit this review because I unfortunately never come here anymore. No more fitting rooms and mens section reduced by a lot. It's just not the same as it used to be which is sad. Original: Simply love this place and it has a larger men's section than any other thrift store I've been to. There's a donation center, a retail center, and then there's a bin side. The donation center is where you can drop off donations (self explanatory). The retail store has racks with clean clothes, shoes, and other household goods (kitchen, electronics, small furniture). And lastly, there's even a side where a bunch of things are in bins and you pay per lb I think? I usually just go to the retail side so I can't speak for the bins side."

"Some of the staff is rude Prices are insane, since they get all the stuff for free. Most I can find at Walmart or target cheaper. The short Hispanic lady working on pound side is rude and will hit you with the rotation bins on purpose. She does it daily. She needs to go 😡 …"

"*Retail Store: Wow the actual store is jam packed of really great items. I recently had been a bit annoyed and upset at the pricing of items in the bay area. Way too high. Here also the clothing tends to be higher than most other second hand stores. But as a whole, that would not detour me from coming from SF to shop at this location. Well maintained and staff was very nice and helpful! Outlet: so being from the bay area we have an *outlet/bins in SSF. That was my first experience of the "bins" except for about 10+ years ago I went to what I thought was a reg.Goodwill Retail Store in So. California and I was a bit confused because I had never heard or experienced an outlet prior so didnt really stay for long. OK sorry, back to this location. I had been watching YouTube videos and came across these great videos and wanted to experience it myself. Although it was kind of confusing trying to find an actual outlet thru their website, but I eventually figured it out and decided to roadtrip one day to The Sacramento Area and there are several. I have found some pretty great things. The only thing I really have a *complaint* about is regarding the regular resellers that are bullies to new people especially. I have watched videos with different ways they do the actual bins that come out, but for the most part the customers line up on the blue lines and wait for several bins to come out in a row giving the customers that are lined up waiting a fair shot at a bin in front of them. At this location, the employee brings out one bin at a time and has to INSTRUCT these regular customers to wait until she parks it. THEN a crazy mad dash from MANY that surrounded that one cart and basically pushs you out of the way and intimidate or try to intimidate. But beings that its only one bin that comes out, you think ok im on the line so the basically push you further down the line because they are so aggressive and really don't care. They will get what they want and the new ppl don't have a right to even get in on it until they are done and move on to bully the next bin. Way too aggressive and intimidating for me But I am going to give it anothr shot ....I will wear my steel toe boots and be as aggressive..."opps im sorry I didn't see your foot as you stepped in front of me. * Wish me luck...Bullies .... im coming !"
