"1st time here roughly a week ago. Freaky return bin store. My picture doesn't even come close to the freaky stuff I saw. We purchased quite a bit of stuff for a good price. However, one of the products does not work properly. I don't believe they accept returns. Might return for more shopping."

"Place is pretty cool. They basically dump merchandise on big carts and rummage theu them to find deals or anything you are looking for. They have set prices for certain days. We always go on Friday when they restock so it's $8 per item. You can find some really good deals. On out last trip we found a king size heated blanket for $8. Looked up the retail when we got home and it costs $59.99 in stores. We found a bunch of deals like that."

I went on a Friday so there was very little shopping carts but you can look around the store for a big blue bag to pick your stuff in. "I love going to all Bargin Depot locations but I do not appreciate being yelled at, pointed at, and embarrassed by the staff. On Friday at the Nacadoches location, Ali made it clear that we could open boxes as long as we put the items back in the box. I went to the Goliad location on a $1 day and was rudely yelled at for opening a package. I guess different locations and different days have different rules. Staff should treat customers with a little more respect and not yell, point, and embarrass us."

"Not all items are bin prices they take out bigger and price them $20, $40 etc.. You are not allowed to open the boxes. I found an item it looked factory sealed. They allowed me to open the top and it was packaged like new. I paid $20 for it. I got it home and it doesn’t turn on. I contacted the store and no refunds or exchanges. "This isn't a bin store. Everything that anyone would want is separated out and priced higher, some almost retail value. All of the junk is in the bins for the daily price. 99% of what's in the bins aren't worth it until $1 day."

"Place just opened. Nothing had prices. Most of the things were in sealed bags without labels so it was difficult to know what exactly you'd be buying. Sorry of like a mystery bag. After leaving the store, I noticed the windows advertised on certain days anything in store was a certain price. I believe Friday everything was $8.00.
