"Very disappointed with my visit. I’ve been to Hot Deals in Waco, where everything is organized and easy to shop. At this location, many boxes had already been opened and items were scattered around the store, likely from previous shoppers. Merchandise appeared misplaced and incomplete, with some boxes containing only one item while the rest were missing, which made it frustrating to shop. There were empty boxes and trash in bins, and seasonal items like Halloween décor were mixed in with unrelated products. Organizing items by category—such as keeping curtains, clothing, and seasonal items together—would make a huge difference. I..."
