"Most recent town hall very informative. Customer experience heavily emphasized, yet at the Olathe location- message not received and it starts at the top (the manager). I’ve been participating in the auctions (all locations, multiple times a week since November). I have spent time, energy, and thousands. Yes, I could go get my own pallet through another seller and not mess with the auctions at all, but I do enjoy bidding and getting to know the community. "I love this place so much! You're always going to find an awesome bargain no matter which day you go. As a single mum to 4 kids ( 3 between ages of 14 and 18) a dog, a cat, a lizard and multiple fish tanks, I'm always trying to save money where I can.
