"A lot of concerning practices going on at retail rebel in general. Auction items not as described, unable to return, and harassment/discrimination when verbalizing auction rights and laws. Even when voicing my concerns on the town hall; my comment was reported and deleted. If the auction item is broken/defective/missing pieces-they put the item either back in the bins (where it can’t be returned) or on one of their “pallets” to be sold- when they know the condition of the item.
