I did notice PII customer data on packaging/boxes that I would’ve hoped Amazon and others would do a better job protecting, but that’s not really Hotbins’ fault. One suggestion for management - I was annoyed that there were textiles (& various soft things) in nearly every bin scattered with heavier stuff. "Be prepared to grab what you like and put it in your cart it won't be there when you come back. Most boxes you can't tell what is inside but they have an area that will open it for you. You can use your Amazon account to scan the bar codes to see what's inside the box. Sometimes this works, I've used Google Lens and scanned the words or pictures to see what it could be.
