"Update 4/3/19 With the hopes of the store "getting more organized" not even close. Recently went to the outlet a few days ago, probably stayed a good hour and a half and they kept rotating bins every 15mins....while I was there; they rotated bins 5 times. They got rid of the section with glass cup/dishes, electronic and furniture. Alot of clothes and shoe bins. I don't mind digging for a bargain but not if I have to move heavy electronic or items that are stringed around multiple items. Definitely bring gloves, alot of broken glasses, trash and untapped knifes. Also I noticed when looking through the bins and during rotation they aren't actually cleaning/rotating products, they are just putting more stuff on top of the old stuff. Makes it harder to actually go through the bins. Which sounds crazy but I honestly think so because I went there two days in a row and noticed certain items on the bottom of the bin and "newer" products on top. Yes, I understand there are multiple items that are the same but the bins I saw look no different. A lot of regular, who often get a little excited digging through bins and throw things in other bins rather your looking at the same bin or not. I don't have a problem with them but if your the type of person that is just casually looking I'd stay away until they leave that bin. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ I've been to this location at least 3 times and found some pretty decent deals. The only thing I hope for (in time) to be a little bit more organized. The books, shoes, DVDs, CDs, video games are already in coordinating bins and glassware are on shelves. Put men clothes together, womans clothes together, children clothes together, crafts, board games, toys, housewear, kitchen, tools, seasonal and so on. Yes I understand its and outlet but still I don't want to spending all day digging through clothes that are all mixed together. Bins rotate every 20 to 30 minutes. Bring gloves because in a few bins there was broken glass or knives."
"It’s ok. There was a woman live streaming, lots of young guys going crazy over the new bins that get put out, so the environment is not the most ideal. There are some good finds of course, just prepare to do a lot of digging and bring gloves, there is some gross clothing and items you have to sort through."
"Staff Is friendly. I see a lot of complaints about the young resellers but I have always found them to be respectful and courteous to others. They are looking for specific items and leave plenty for the rest of us. It does get a little frantic when the bins roll out especially since the one person per bin rule was lifted. My only complaint is the amount of merchandise they are currently filling the bins with. They are mounded so high that they are impossible to get through. Its way to much, intimidating and exhausting. Please reduce the amount of merchandise per cart. I typically spend at least $100 each trip and only spent $20 this trip because I only made it through 4 or 5 bins in 2 hours!!! The rest of the bins, I just skimmed the tops. WAY TO FULL AND THE CLOTHES ARE TANGLED TOO!!!"
"This location in Racine as currently gotten a lot worse with the amount of clothing pile of the searching capabilities. It was a change corporate made to pass more things through. The amount of clothing that ends up on the floor is just swept up and tossed. The other change corporate made was the pound limit. In order to get a discount you need to have over 50 lbs of clothing. As you can see from the piles, it gets so completely tall that you can't even see over to the next aisles. The clothing falls onto the floor, and the clothing falls into the shoes it makes it very difficult to even want to dig through massive amounts of clothing it's a lot to move. Because the bins are piled so completely high, it's actually difficult to move the clothing because the majority of it is pushed from one bin to another bin by everyone else digging. The other unfortunate events that occur is the dumping. Many people have found unwanted items from digging the. The dump back into bins into shoe bins, purse bins, house good bins. .etc An example people collect shoes as soon as the bins come out, searched the bins throw them in their cart decide later they don't want the shoes in MASS quantity and dump them in multiple other bins including clothing or Electronics or purses. Just remember, when you're donating to Goodwill, it's supposed to go to a good cause. The amount of clothing they are throwing away after it lands on the floor is probably not your idea of helping someone. The amount of broken items , again isn't then idea of "goodwill"."
