"First: it's sad that there are so many negative reviews from people who don't understand the concept of a Goodwill Outlet location AKA "The Bins." Yes, everything is thrown into bins -- you pay BY THE POUND. Whether you find Wal-Mart shirts or Chanel, the cost is exactly the same. Roll up your sleeves and dig in -- you never know what you will find! That said, I have found some absolute gems and have made a full-time job out of searching these bins and flipping my finds online. I found a Goyard purse that sold for $850. A Burberry trench coat still available on the website sold for $800. I found a Miu Miu top that I sold for $300. Not every trip results in these finds, but it really feels like a treasure hunt. I have not purchased a single brand new piece of clothing for anyone in my home since discovering the bins. Paying 2.50/pound is almost too good to be true! I have all of my daughter's friends wanting to dig in the bins and all of their moms dreaming of quitting their jobs and reselling with me. I have had ONLY positive experiences with the staff. Some might come across as rude when enforcing the rules, but they're just doing their job. In fact - I didn't know the rules when I first started coming and was corrected a few times until I figured it all out. Not a big deal at all. Some of the other customers are downright vicious, though. I've been elbowed, shoved, and tripped because they care more about getting a pair of shoes they see than the actual human beings next to them. Even still, the thrill of the hunt and the insane profit I have made makes it absolutely worth it."

"Insane amount of bins, new bins come out every 45 mins or so, everyone lines up and waits. I found some awesome stuff digging through the bins. Be prepared to get your hands dirty and SEARCH. If you aren’t willing to dig then this isn’t the place for you. It’s buy by the pound here. No racks."

"First time at this location in quite some time, and I was shocked. I heard they had switched to bins, but didn't know what to expect. It was a mess. You can get good deals (you pay by the pound for clothing items which can save a lot of money), but don't expect to find what you are looking for easily. It was hot, difficult digging through the bins, and when we left we felt like we needed to rush home for a shower. One particular employee was quite rude and yelled at me and my daughter because we didn't know their rules about where we could walk when they were moving bins around. I love thrifting and don't mind looking through racks of clothes for that great find, but this was just ridiculous. We will not be returning to this particular Goodwill store."

"THE PICTURES WITH THE ORGANIZED RACKS ARE NOT THIS LOCATION. This location is what those in the thrift-life affectionately refer to as "the bins." You will pay by the pound for things and it gets all the area Goodwills' leftovers. You can find some gems, but resellers go CRAZY here. They will attack the new bins, push people away, and stack carts sky-high with things they MIGHT want. That said, if you know what it is and like that experience, it is a pretty good place."
