"On the outlet side they go through things and take out the good stuff to price it higher. You may be able to find something good once in a blue moon, but for the most part, it's just stuff from the racks side of the store. Some guy was eyeing one of the new bins they brought out before they were all brought out and the one young rbf looking manager says, "you can look with your eyes but not touch, we want it to be fair for everyone." Then 2 seconds later, I see the cashier sorting through the new bins before anyone else and taking some good stuff out, like Harley Davidson. I asked the floor manager about it, and her response is, "she works here she can do that." Doesn't sound very "fair"."
"I recently visited the Goodwill Outlet, and I was pleasantly surprised! The store was clean and well-organized, which made browsing much more enjoyable. If you're looking for budget-friendly finds and are willing to do a little digging, this is definitely the place to go. I'll be back!"
"I love the bins. The prices??? Who's writing down these prices for low quality chipped, scratched, holey, tattered items? $60 for a sweater? $40 for some worn down tennis shoes? What the hell? It's a joke! That's price gouging and disgusting. I love the store clerks but you people charge waaaay too much for used peices. Please do better and stop the greed. Is it coming from the top oooor? People go to the Goodwill for deals not over priced junk. And some things really should just be thrown out. We know ya'll take the best things home for yourselves in that sorting room in the back, but at least stop overpricing the mediocre stuff. *Bonus* The books are amazing though!"
"This was my first time at the Goodwill bins. I traveled 2 hours to get there. I brought 2 friends and we all 3 had a blast!! We shopped from 1 o'clock till 7 o'clock. We are planning our next trip back. Wonderful experience!"
