"One of the worst Goodwill Outlet locations I’ve ever been to. You’re lucky if you get a cart, people take 2-3 carts each and then block the aisles so you can’t look at the clothing. When they bring out new bins you’re not supposed to shop until all of the bins are out and the employees say you can start shopping, but people wait for the employees to turn their backs and grab handfuls of clothing without looking at them so you don’t get a chance. And there are so many unsupervised children, I’ve seen people stick their kids inside the bins or in strollers and then leave them unattended. Earlier this week I watched a toddler almost get hit by a bin rolling out, the employees asked for someone to grab their kid and no one wanted to claim their kid and make sure they were safely out of the way, CPS would have a field day here. Management needs to start taking action."
"Its better than the regular good will stores since they have set prices but they go by the pound clothes, shoes, accessories, purses, anything in the bins. I wish I discover this store years ago. The items are used the bins aren't organized they don't separate men, women, kids, baby clothing in one bin and some of the clothing smell or aren't in good condition. I heard the price per lb kept increasing due inflation. But its still better than going to other good will locations. Only issue for me is that its on the other side of town. They do bring out new bins and take out the old bins so people be going crazy with the bins and they run out of carts. Overall its ok just be careful with what items you buy since its final sale. I ask the cashier to remove some items but instead she gave me 50% off one time"
"The Goodwill outlets are a unique shopping experience- either you’re into rummaging through piles of clothing or you’re not (I personally love it). I have been to several locations and this one is the worst that I have been to. People grab out of bins while they’re still rolling out and workers do nothing to stop it. It is common here for people to reach over and grab items from in front of you. The aisles are clogged because people leave their bins in the way. Today I was trying to walk to the cash register and saw a woman trying to walk through the aisle so I stopped to let her through. She stopped in front of me and put her bin in the aisle which blocked me in. Nobody says excuse me or sorry. What’s most concerning is the number of children running around and yelling in this store unattended. It has to be a liability for the store- a child could get seriously injured by the rolling bins, an adult not paying attention, or God forbid kidnapped. I wish the store would do more to enforce safety such as revoking shopping privileges from those who leave children unattended. This is a CPS case waiting to happen."
"This is an OK outlet- I had high hopes given it’s reputation but didn’t find anything great. there’s a lot of inventory but not a lot of great brands, and the shoes are set out on a rack and weren’t swapped out the whole time I was there. So definitely not a place to go for footwear, not bags either. There were some cute vintage items but nothing of good quality, mainly polyester. I went on a weekend, maybe the selection is better on weekdays when there aren’t quite as many people (had to wait outside for half an hour to get in, there was a line)."
