"Drove my Semi Truck in here today 3/25/2021 and found parking on the side. I met couple people that are so kind, love it. The retail store on the other side of the Goodwill Bin shocked me of there prices. I walked around for a bit while waiting for 3:30pm and All I can say I was amazed. The waiting was worth it. There sooo much stuff, my cart was full and spend too much I can't stop myself from digging and finding cool finds after cool finds. Down below are some pics of some of my finds. I had a great day and the staff are so kind. Thanks GW Bins. 😍😍😍✌✌"

"Very disappointed today. The prices have gotten a bit ridiculous for used products here in the regular store side. Some hardcover books are $10. A summer cover all for a bathing suit was $6. And unfortunately I was discouraged after this. I can get these prices on sale or clearance brand new at regular stores or online. Maybe the by the pound is better but they were closing when I got there. Just my opinion based on today. Maybe I will try again in the future to see if I have better luck."

"The quality of these goodwill outlet bins have plummeted, and it is in part due to employees not enforcing cart policies. Today, there were no carts available. Resellers were filling carts, and lining the store with them unattended as they continued to shop. It made it hard to navigate the edges of the store, and could be considered a fire hazard."

"Absolutely Terrible Experience — Avoid This Location! WAY OVERPRICED for the JUNK! There is no good antiques no video games. I brought my 84-year-old father here, and he was yelled at by an employee in an orange vest named “Randy” simply for accidentally stepping past an unmarked “line.” How is a new customer supposed to know where the line is if it’s not clearly explained or marked? That’s no way to treat anyone, let alone a paying customer. The staff here speak to customers as if we’re beneath them—there’s no respect, no courtesy, and no effort to provide a welcoming environment. It’s shocking how they think it’s acceptable to raise their voices at people who are just trying to shop. The overall management of this place is a complete mess. Most employees seem disengaged—standing around or on their phones—while one overwhelmed cashier is left to handle the entire line. The merchandise is grossly overpriced for the quality, which is mostly junk, and the shopping environment feels chaotic and unprofessional. Frankly, this location reflects very poorly on the Goodwill brand. I will surely not be back nor my elderly father!"
