"So I thought the bins were checked over by staff before being put out. This is the dirtiest and sketchiest goodwill bin store I’ve been to. The bins included half used cold medicine, stray bottles from hair care kits that were partially used, and lots of rocks. I thought these things were gone through, there was so much junk I would deem unsafe since kids were there with their folks.*By checked over- at least don't put trash and dangerous items out for the public to run into. I know who Goodwill benefits- Other bin stores such as Des Moines don't seem to put trash and half used bottles of haircolor out in their bins."

"I’ve been to Goodwill Bins in many different cities. This one is a filthy mess. No one enforces any rules nor eject persons fighting. Yes I’ve found some great things but it’s such a jumbled mess! They put huge objects in the bins that should be on the floor. Clothing should be in its own sections. Broken glass and dangerous objects are always present. Kids are a huge problem or rather their parents that don’t watch them. They could so easily be abducted or end up getting hurt by people running around. Children under 12 should not be allowed in the bin areas or even in the store at all. The bins themselves obviously never get hosed out. Many times there are not enough carts. It’s hard to understand unless you’ve been to other locations that are run correctly."

"I give it a four for the great prices. It's weighed to get your price so you have to figure if the price will be reasonable enough once weighed to be a bargain. More you buy less you pay per pound..sometimes you can ask for lower price if it's way to high. New items are thrown in the bins every hour. Bring gloves. It's all thrown in together. No matter what your looking for it eventually will show up there. Keep going till you find it. Of course I always end up buying some major bargain while I'm there. I'm looking to get a shed to put it all in. Or start my own store. It's fun an adventure . You have to try it at least once you'll be back."

"I've been to several of the goodwill outlets between Minnesota, Missouri, Iowa and Nebraska. In comparison to those I've been to: -This location had a much larger selection of beds/bed frames etc, large exercise equipment, lawn mowers/snow blowers and furniture then any of the others I've been to. -There were almost no clothes. The occasional clothing item mixed in with everything else in the bins here and there but *when I was there* there were no bins of just clothing which at all the other locations I've been to clothing was 3 bins to every 1 bin of anything else. -I was there late afternoon about 3 hours before closing and it was not busy at all. Maybe 20-30 other people there. -bulk pricing just like all the others. -it was easy to get to & see from the street. Seemed to have plenty of parking but again I went when it wasn't crowded so can't say if there's enough parking during its busy hours. -as for what I found in the bins? Same quality and cleanliness as every single other one. Never know what you're going to find (good or dirty haha) -staff was friendly when I checked out. Overall if I was back in town I would visit again and I would recommend this location to others interested in going to 'the bins'. Good luck!"
