"pretty bad experience one of the cashier ladies had a melt down. It was about 7:30pm. The cashier calls over the intercom for all the customers to come and check out. The store closes at 8:00pm which is posted on a sign right outside the stores front door and anywhere you check online. So I go up to wait in line to check out, there are 6 people in line in front of me, cashier lady proceeds to stop the people right in front of me whom was a mother and her children ( i was last in the line) and with completely unprovoked anger screams at the mother and me that we can’t buy our things, no more transactions, stores closed. I was just kinda shocked, like what happened? By this point it was like 7:45pm so it was still open business hours and i was just waiting in line to check out. its just kinda crazy that someone would treat 2 complete strangers with such disrespect, and aggression, completely unprovoked. i really calmly tried to ask her "can i please buy my stuff, i was waiting in line" but i couldn't even get that sentence out of my mouth becuase she just cut me off and got louder and louder, there was no use in trying to talk to her becuase she was just completely irate. Its completely unfair that she treated me like that and just outright refused service during open business hours for no reason, she was taking some unrelated anger out on me for sure and that's just not right. Whatever i guess, saw one of her co-working laughing under there breath which says a lot, probably not her first freak out, i just needed some second hand shirts for work, guess ill get them elsewhere"

"I love this location and the staff works very hard with the amount of traffic and items that are rotated out every hour. The bathrooms could be better sometimes there’s no toilet paper and there’s no soap or paper towels. Out of all of the Goodwill locations this one definitely needs to have a better hand washing because you are digging through bins and it would be very helpful. The other thing that might be helpful is to have a first aid kit upfront in case somebody gets cut on glass. I usually bring my own Band-Aids and wipes, but it might be a good idea. I also wish that they had some sanitizing spray like the gym has on the wall with paper towel to clean off things that spill. If glass gets broken the staff is so quick to help clean it up. All of the staff has always been respectful and they keep things running smoothly. Thank you to the guys bringing the bins out. I know that’s hard work and I hope they get recognized for this. I also love the snack machines and lounge. I’ve found so many amazing items here over the years that you can’t find anywhere else!"

"I am so confused. Went in with my daughter to pick up some clothes for her and baby clothing. Picked out a bunch of stuff, and was watched by this weird man who worked there as if I was doing something weird. We got up to the counter and they made us go bag the stuff first. I was confused, tried to ask questions about what I was supposed to do, exactly for separating the items, when the shift manager came over and copped an attitude. I told her I needed customer service, not to be told what to do. Get up to the counter, she says the young man who told me to bag stuff wasn't going to help me. I was trying to turn my cart around, and asked why. She said he wasn't fixing to deal with anyone who has attitude, so I said okay well I'm going to go then. She talked mess my whole way out the door. Thankfully for her, my daughter was with me and I know being pregnant and hangry, I wasn't prepared to be nice, so I left I won't be back to Goodwill of any kind. Between the way I was treated at the outlet, the raised prices in the other stores, and the ridiculous amount they pay their CEO, I'm simply done with goodwill. If you're going to call someone a manager for any length of time, please ensure they know how to deal with human beings. #disappointed"
