"It’s a very small bins store compared to other goodwill outlets. Pricing is fair but unless you’re in the neighborhood it’s not worth going to. Scales also seem a little off. I had a single item that had a tag on it that said 3 lbs from manufacturer and it rang up as 6 lbs just by itself."

"Essentially just go here expecting for a terrible experience. You want to bring gloves and a mask(if you have allergies to pets). Going in expecting the staff to be the way they are and the disgustingness of the place, you will be fine. I would also expect to not find anything good, that way when you do find something good, you're satisfied with your experience here. Obviously people will be obnoxious and selfish with searching the bins that's just how humans work. Stop complaining about the inevitable and do what you need to do to thrift. Luckily the management changed a few months ago from having people wait outside for the new flip, to keeping them indoors and flipping the item side and clothes side separately. I have almost always found at least one thing that I want to take home from here, so it is still a great place to find the goods. Especially since the bins are reset every hour and a half or so. I suspect the staff deal with a lot of difficult people, which leads to why they are so immediate with their aggression. Just don't think much of it and keep coming back to find clothes and donate to charity."

"i’ve been coming here for about a year and the rules have changed almost every other month, with being able to have your shopping cart during rotation then not having it. and just recently now you have to check out after each rotation. even though when we were yelled at by one of the lady’s to check out, we asked a different lady who checked us out if we had to and she said no. they can’t make up their mind on the rules. but still we checked out and as me and my mom were trying to walk back to the car she almost got run over since they let the people rush to the bins even though my dad was still checking out. and they still allow people to hoard bags and bags of clothes into their shopping cars. i used to love going to this place but this time just left a bad taste in my mouth, we have been so sweet and understanding with the workers and we used to go every Saturday but no more."

"What an experience! There are people sitting outside this store all over the place ? Once you get past all folks ( respect) and their looks you are greeted with what looks like large plastic bins full of junk items that people dump in recycle bins or stuff not sold at other stores . No idea about how the price system works here because there are no signs or labels on items . I picked up a picture frame which fortunately had a $5 label but when I got to the cashier she requested I put it on the scale 🤣(which is not marked) or clearly apparent to the first time shopper. What the heck I thought ? A frame on a scale like you are buying meat, fish or produce ? I put it on the scale and wondered what would happen next but once she saw the result on the scale she changed her mind and asked for $5 which was the price tag in the item anyway . I have never ever seen a thrift store so disorganized and trashy as this one . Never again I’m afraid !"
