"I have been to things in relation to these types of stores. But, this one is a little more disorganized then I thought. People definitely don't know what boundaries are and we be hovering over you just to see what item you have. Also I decided to check it because my godfather has a shop in that plaza. "Customer service is top tier! From the manager, owner, cashier and floor staff Jorge! I purchased a portable ac which by the way excellent price. When i got home it was too large and kept tripping my breakers. I was accommodated around my work schedule to test and exchange the unit to suit my needs. I’mextremely satisfied with my entire customer service experience. They also helped me load, unload the exchanged unit and reload the slightly smaller unit. "False advertisement, if you look up on FB weslaco discussion group, So many people have experienced the same thing I did. I tried to buy a bedsheet (which didn't have a marked price on it) Guy at checkout said no that's not $5, things get moved around & mixed up. Mind you, I did see all the marked $20+ items he was talking about, which is pretty much the whole store. Never going back. They're trying to sell stuff for same price as new"
