"The staff needs better training. Every employee seems to give a different set of rules, and if the rules do change, that needs to be communicated clearly. I’m not going to scan a QR code just to enter a store—there should be a more straightforward process. Additionally, more care should be taken when hiring staff. Many employees appear unkempt and are often quite rude and condescending. If there’s an issue with customers looking into already opened boxes, then it’s the employees’ responsibility to ensure all boxes are properly sealed and taped. If that’s not being done, the blame shouldn’t fall..."
