"I feel like the whole store is a bit misleading went in for my first time today and noticed certain box’s are marked describing what’s inside, but this box i grabbed today is making me question a lot… not a single marking on the box saying this is not the uggs that are shown on the side of the box, causing me to believe I was buying a pair of uggs, only to get home, rip the tape off the box and there were containers inside. I thought there were plenty of deals to be had on a Sunday, with staff bringing new items while I was there. There were plenty of great items for pets, babies, electronics, car parts, solar lights, swim stuff, amazing shoes/boots. "Omg i dont know where to start even. This place was awful. There was a weird smell that i couldnt tolerate staying more than 5 minutes. Everything was dirty. Literally empty. I went there at 10:30 am and they open at 10 am. Alot of empty boxes. Literally nothing to buy. There are alot of places that were better and i found good stuff. "I’ve shopped at many Binz-style stores across Canada and the US, and this is the first time I’ve ever seen a place operate like this. Every single item is counted separately—even when it clearly comes as a set. Two identical curtains? Charged individually. A bedding set with a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcase? Each piece scanned as if they’re completely unrelated items. How are customers supposed to shop when sets are broken apart and priced piece by piece? Who is going to buy a single pillowcase without the rest of the bedding? What’s the point of a store like..."

I really like going to different Bins stores in Ontario and I know how they work. Some things have a fixed price, others have a daily price depending on the day of the week. BUT here they write that things are $5, but when I bring them to the checkout they tell me $10, and the next day my husband gets $15. "The only reason this has 1 star was because it the only way to get this comment posted. Went with a friend today, $1.50 day. Went to the cash only to find that the clothes were a different cost of $5 each, shoes were $10, a ring was $10. I ended up with only a towel for $1.50. To the store…. POOR POOR advertising! Very misleading to the public promoting a certain day ( ie Thursday being $1.50 day) then telling customers a different price. I’m surprised you have been allowed to continue with this practice. The overall condition of the store was concerning—there was cardboard on the floor appearing to catch water from the ceiling, and the environment felt unclean and poorly maintained. Pricing was unclear and inconsistent, as no set prices were displayed and different amounts were quoted only after asking, which felt unprofessional and misleading. Additionally, the individual who identified herself as the owner was very unwelcoming and displayed extreme poor customer service skills. The overall experience was disappointing and not one I would choose to repeat ever again."
