"Krazy Hot Dealz is a treasure hunt every day. Rules are CLEARLY posted in several locations. Items are "AS IS", NO refunds. The staff will gladly open AND test as many items that you request. Many items can be scanned with your Amazon app as well. You are NOT allowed to open packages yourself at the bins. This creates a mess and loss of items. I have purchased MANY items. I have only had 2 items that did not work or had missing parts. I did not have them tested so I accept that it is my loss. That is..."

"Went on $10 day. The store had a lot of great items in the bins, and was really clean. I like that they have a table where you can open boxes and check electronic items. Kam was at the table and was friendly and helpful I ended up buying a few things. One item I was already familiar with and it retails for $100. Was so shocked to see it there"

"Make sure you take apart every single box and make sure every single piece is in there. At least half of the items my friend and I have purchased were broken or missing parts making them unusable. This is not 1 out of 2 items it’s like over a dozen products that could not be used. The rest of the items I have gotten were used (used beauty products is a little gross). I would rather go to an overstock store and not an Amazon return store esp when they sell you items that are used, broken or missing parts..."

"Stopped here 6/20/2025- In hopes to find a Decent Swimming Pool, due to the Recent Hot Weather we're having here in Metro Detroit. The salesmen were friendly, helpful, professional, & knowledgeable locating items within the Array of items that were neatly organized in bins & on shelves. Most boxes easily identified the items inside. The store was fairly easy to navigate. I experienced a symptom of condition while there & needed to sit down -the manager offered me his chair! ☺️ His kindness blew me away! I knew I was in the presence of a Good- Decent human Thank you..."
