She found most of her items but a few were NOT in their designated spots. My mom even asked the employees to help her look that day and the employees couldnt even find the items in their "desginated spots". They told my mom to come back Monday to talk and get help from the manager. Me and my fiance and our 2 baby girls came..."
"I really love this location. So much cleaner than any other one I've been to. It's got A/C, things are actually neatly organized and (usually) where they're supposed to be. The biggest plus is that the employees are ACTUALLY helpful at this location, and they don't treat you like you're a POS just for asking a question. Every other BidFTA location I've been to has been chaos and every employee was crass, dismissive, or downright rude. At Edwin C Moses I only said "excuse me ma'am" and the lady rolled her eyes at me, scoffed loudly, and just walked away...."
"At this time very disappointed. They were quick to tell me that they never return items, but they were also quick to list a product (breville barista) despite the fact that the product was not a breville barista. Based on the pictures and item description that they provided it was a pretty good deal, but unfortunately they put an entirely different product in the box. Could have been a mistake, so I contacted customer service and they told me that they would never return an item under any circumstances, even if the circumstances is they didn't give me the same..."
