Compared to other locations I have been to, the Chantry location has far less carts (need to “stalk” someone or your bring your own wagon), and it is MUCH more difficult to obtain a refund. Listings are not complete- often no photos of the item for bid- just stock photos- and listed conditions are erroneous/too generous; i.e. should be listed as is instead of good; or good instead of like new. Many items up for bid could be better utilized in the Bin store. Food items rarely include..."

"Friendly and welcoming staff. I always feel like they are quick and responsive to my needs. I do however at times feel like the aisleways are blocked in multiple lanes and it is difficult to navigate around pallets that aren't being worked actively. "I've been to BidFTA warehouses all over the state and this one is AWFUL. Signage is almost nonexistent, still has the OG style of "find your auction number on the board", no Plus member hours. When I opened it there, they told me it didn’t come with a key and advised me to call the number on it for assistance.
