"When this place first opened it was awesome!! And honestly the service, people, and cleanliness still is great. But the selection has gone down so drastically. Before, they had really quality items of good condition and name brands like hello kitty, lulu lemon, pokemon, and nice clothes. But the past 6 months or so its just seems quantity over quality. And on any day I go in there it's just cheap, low quality, generic items en masse. Cheap plastic, cheap clothes, cheap everything. Very dissapointed in the decline and hope to see them try to get better quality items again...."

"My experience at this place was good except for this one time in October. The 1st of 2025. I brought a blood pressure bracelet and didn't get the worker to check it. I didn't realize it had alot of tape wrapped around it on one side. Which let me know it has to be them to do that. Ppl don't walk around with tape on them. Anyway,when I got home in Dunn NC.
