"I'm leaving 2 stars ONLY because of ONE out of 4 employees that I encountered. This was my very first experience with the Buggy Busters auction and my first time inside their "store"...or should I say SUPER cramped TINY section of an otherwise very large retail location. The price for anything in the bins were $3, which is stupid considering most of it was trash and I could find the other half at the dollar tree for 1/2 the price, in new condition. Other than 1 or 2 customers, everyone in there was EXTREMELY rude and would literally block you..."

"The idea of the bins and the auctions is fun because of the cheaper prices compared to online shopping. I agree though the auctions can become addicting if you have no self control so be careful! Besides that I am rating them two stars because the way they're operating their business isn't ideal. It's inconvenient for many people to only allow a window frame of two days for pickup, and if you don't pick it up within that time you get no refund. The first day out of those two days is appointment only but the second day isn't like..."

"This store is extremely unorganized. When I went to check out there was only one cashier and she was talking on her headphones yelling at her daughter the whole time she was ringing up my purchase. She rang one of my items up twice because she wasn’t paying attention and when I asked her to review my items she looked like she couldn’t believe I had the audacity to interrupt her phone conversation to correct her mistake. As we were leaving my husband saw the bin rooms and wanted to go there so the security guard checked my receipt and..."

"I have been shopping here since they opened. I have always received great customer service. Since the retail area is no longer there, I only shop the online auction. I have literally furnished my entire recently purchased 3 bedroom home from these auctions, including new dishwasher, all rugs (runners, indoor, and 2 outdoors for $15/each despite sizes), all ceiling fans and light fixtures (got all for $10 in a Gaylord),2 sofas, tons of Christmas and Halloween decorations, and my favorite: the modern electric fireplace which was a steal of a deal at $115 for a fireplace that retails at $800...."
