"The first problem I had with this location is I went to pickup an item I won 2” wood blinds, the young lady is looking around about 15 to 20 minutes for the blinds asking co workers. She comes back to me and says I have to give you a refund because I cannot find them. I was upset but I didn’t take it out on her. I complained that the item didn’t appear to be new, although it was labeled as such.
