"i go there quite often and ive gotta say from seeing it first hand, that rude customer service stems from dealing with rude customers all day long. if people would read the rules that are clearly posted (and constantly announced over intercom due to people not reading them), the staff are pleasant friendly people. you also have to realize this is a HIGH volume high customer based BUSINESS! people get exhausted and people have bad days. when you throw rude careless HEAPS of self centered people (customers) on top of that, your prob not gonna have the BEST experience..... even..."
