"My wife and I have shopped at this store many times, even before they changed their name. However, our recent experience was extremely disappointing. We collected a lot of items and were sorting through them in an open corner, trying to match missing pieces, since many items were scattered randomly across different tables. Because the store doesn’t provide shopping carts or bags, we used backpacks and boxes we found around the store to carry everything to the counter. "The staff is incredibly rude. This place is not worth going to it all, first of all, they’re very unorganized. Say for example you’re there in the morning, there’s no set line so someone can just come come in front of you and go in. Next, there’s a lady that works there, she stands at the door, she starts yelling at people, incredibly rude. Never in my life have I seen employees treat a customer like this. They are literally ready to fight, you can’t even smile at them or ask a question. They act like they’re the US Border..."

"I got mistreated by the security guy. When I prepare sorting my stuffs on the empty tables along with other shoppers, the security guy told me to put stuff I don't want back to the table. I said OK. But since I have so many stuff, I decided to move my cart to the table so I can drop directly into the table. The security guy told me I can use the empty table, but just throw back when I done.
