But yelling at you because you want to see what is inside a box? not my style, we are the customers and there are better ways to say it, not yelling. My husband has audition issues so he could not listen the first time. "I don’t like leaving bad reviews on smaller businesses but I bought 4 boxes of headphones here, all of them were broken inside the box, one covered in ear wax. Why even sell these? I understand it’s an overstock/return store but why in the world would any sane person think anybody would be happy with this purchase? I’ve bought hundreds of items from other overstock stores and none of them were in this bad of condition. Especially selling them for $10 a box when you can get them brand new on Alibaba for less than 3 dollars."
"This store has a very rude owner who yells if he thinks you are opening a package instead of kindly asking you not to or asking if you need help.There are ways to talk to customers and yelling is not right. A few days ago I was looking at a pack of shirt and looking at the folded corner to see the size and he yelled “ don’t open it” when I was just looking at the size. I personally wouldn’t recommend people to go here. There are plenty of other overstock stores locations. The customer service is horrible."
