"My experience today was extremely disappointing. Upon our arrival, I was assisting my handicap mother into the store, while my son, godson, and daughter had a small lead into the store. As I am walking into the store, a woman (employee) about 60 year of age, dark hair, possibly 5ft in height was yelling at my kids who walked with excitement to spend money we gave them to buy some merchandise. Not one of my teenagers had touched any item yet. The only way to look at an item for purchase would consist of shuffling through bins. The women (employee)..."

"I wanted to tell you how pleased I was with the level of customer service I received last week. My wife and I bought a few things, including a huge rug. The price-and quality was fantastic, so, of course, we are happy about that. Brian the GM even allowed us to pick it up a few days later, which we are grateful about. But what stood out for me in particular was how helpful EACH of the employees we encountered were, especially Brian. Despite being fairly busy, they answered our questions politely, They pointed us to where things we were..."

They were really nice, helpful, and have great personalities which I really appreciate especially with them being close to closing. Unfortunately she was not there today and I had to deal with an inexperienced rude cashier...we came from Elk Grove to pick up an auction order and she was sending us aways being that there was only 15 min left before they closed...even though the 6 items were waiting there for me and Lonnie said I had until 6pm to pick up!
