"I stopped coming here after the prices skyrocketed. Women’s clothing were either priced the same or more than major retail stores (Walmart, Target, Ross, Marshall’s, TJ Maxx, etc.). Used donated dresses were priced at $12 to $16. No matter the reason for high pricing, items should not cost more than new items at major retail stores, especially since they are used AND with no return policy!"
"❗ ❗ This was a really great experience all around. Anyone who hasn't tried the big "pay by the pound" bins and the auctions is missing out on some really great deals. I had never done this before and a girl that was in the auction office came out to me and showed me exactly how to become a pro at doing this. There is a Filipina auction caller that is really accommodating -- In fact, I got better service from everyone at Goodwill better than if I had been to Nordstrom's! Certainly better customer service than the young ding-a-lings they hire at Forever 21. LOL! Little did I know I would drive out of there with a truckload of clothing and goods. I am blogging it all now. This place is a well-oiled machine!"
"Beware people are extremely aggressive. The staff will not tell you where the bins are, they will lie to you that they are closed or don’t know- they are around the side of the parking lots I had to leave my clothing at the counter to go get my car and they took items out of my bag- they think it’s a joke, they overcharged me by a lot"
"Best Goodwill yet. Picked up online order at huge warehouse & went up to store & market place, fancy words for bins. Store was very clean, lots of room, lots of room & helpful friendly staff."
